I contacted carsdirect.com as I have used them in the past to find the car I wanted and a great deal. They did not disappoint me this time either! I was looking for a 2014 Prius 3 at my local Toyota dealer. They gave me they best deal they could, so they say....and then I contacted carsdirect.com and got a call back from Ralph. The guy is a professional at what he does. He found me the car I wanted but it was 150 miles away. Big deal I thought because his price was just over $1000.00 less than the local dealer's good deal. I contacted the local dealer and was told that carsdirect.com had other add on charges and that the other dealer would have to take a loss on the car to sell it at that price. Right....a dealer I don't know is going to take a loss on a new car just so he can sell it to me. What I have written is true and I'll tell anyone. I have already told my friends. Wow. Super happy from start to finish. No games, no gimmicks nor tricks. Just straight talk, great help, clear and concise info and instructions. Can't say enough about Cars Direct or about our CarsDirect rep who helped us a great deal. Great price too! Will use CarsDirect for every future car purchase.

I had gone to a local Lexus dealer and had been given an offer of $1400 off the MSRP price on the window sticker. My wife and I weren't convinced this was the best they could do, so we left. After hearing both positive and negative comments about CarsDirect, I took a leap of faith and gave them a try to see if they could help us out. And help they did. I understand some people are natural born hagglers. Some of us are not and really don't want to be. This is where CarsDirect works out for me - we ended up getting over $5800 off the MSRP price. Even though it is clearance time for the 2014's, I don't think we could have even come close to that price on our own. On top of this, Bernardo (our CarsDirect rep) was able to get us the exact car we test drove at that local dealership. Granted, the dealership rep was not all that happy, but hey - he was about to make an extra $4400 off of us were it not for CarsDirect so I don't really feel bad at all. Thanks for Bernardo Moretzsohn and CarsDirect for helping us get a great price and avoid all the pain that usually comes with car shopping. We are believers now.

I just leased a 2014 Chevy Volt with the help of Daniel Ma at CarsDirect.com. Daniel was efficient, attentive, and very pleasant in my interactions with him. Unlike at a car dealership, where the hard sell seems an inevitable and off-putting part of the experience, Daniel was straightforward and did a great job of getting me an amazing lease deal without putting pressure on me. I highly recommend Daniel Ma and CarsDirect for purchasing or leasing a vehicle.

I noticed CarsDirect.com while searching the web for quotes on a 2014 Lexus IS 250. I had already gotten a few call backs and emails from dealers but really didn't want to deal directly through them just yet. I read about what CarsDirect.com did as far as doing all of the paperwork and negotiating for the customer. I thought I would give it a try. I filled out the form with make, model, color and options, and within 24 hours or so, I received a call/email from Denny Ynzunza. He emailed and called to confirm my request as well as to let me know he was searching and in contact with dealers to find the exact car. The blue color I wanted was difficult to find but he was working hard to locate one. He called to say he finally located one and he and the dealer were just trying to confirm it was available. Unfortunately, it had already been sold. We discussed secondary color choices and I said I would go with the red. Denny also asked about my trade in. He had a dealer that was interested and information and photos were sent. The offer was low and Denny suggested I may want to try CarMax. I had already gone to CarMax that morning and was offered a little less than expected but definitely more than the dealer offer. Denny then emailed finance forms for me to fill out to get me approved and requested a photo of my drivers license and insurance card. My car was found and Denny let me know that the dealer would be in touch once the car arrived. All in all, it took about 4 days from start to finish. The whole experience with Denny and CarsDirect was very smooth. He was there for any and all questions/concerns and I never felt unimportant or that I was a bother. I have already recommended them to family and they were impressed with my experience. Thank you so much Denny and CarsDirect.com!!

I initially worked with a dealer and had to cancel the deal when they kept adding new conditions. Mine was an all cash deal and should have been very easy. I then heard about CarsDirect and contacted them. The price they offered was superb. Once we agreed the deal was consumated - the whole process only took about 24 hours. I then picked up my new car and couldn't be happier. CarsDirect is the only way I will buy are car from now on!!

My company offers extra discounts through Truecar. After getting the quotes and phone calls from their dealerships, most of them could not readily provide the model and color I requested. I looked online and found CarsDirect. Not only did they have the model and color available, the car was $1200.00 less than Truecar's best offer. I work midnight shift, and when I was asked if I wanted them to handle everything, and then deliver the car to me, I jumped at the offer. The car was delivered to my home and I filled out the paperwork. The best car buying experience I have ever had.

Terrific service - knowledgable, thoughtful, thorough, very good communication skills, strong follow through....pricing was as competitive as all the others with 10x less hassle. Dealers were fabulous and knew exactly what was going on.

It is simple and stress free buying from Cars Direct. Bought my last two cars though them.

I found CarsDirect on the Internet. I wanted a top of the line Town and Counttry Mini Van but figured I had to save a few more months. I input the options I wanted but hesitated when CarsDirect wanted my email and phone number. I decided to give it a try and entered the info. Within a minute CarsDirect came back with a price that was below invoice. When you added the Chrysler incentives it was impossible to pass up. Within 2 minutes I got an email from a local dealer saying they had the car I wanted and I should call them. I called them and made an appointment for the next day. The following day my wife and I went to the dealer, spent a few minutes with the delightful salesman and wrote a check for the car. As I drove it away, I was nervous. What happened to the fuss, the BS, the walking out and having them follow you.? This was the best new car buying experience I ever had.

Worked with a rep named Dan, great communication, constantly in touch. Was able to locate the vehicle I was looking for at multiple dealerships near me. Took out the hassle of car buying by being the direct middle man.

Highly recommend this service to ANYONE good credit, or bad, looking for a car.

This was the third car I've bought through CarsDirect and the best experience yet. Ralph Guerra was very attentive and a pleasure to work with. I was very well informed throughout the process which counts for a lot in my opinion. Ralph did a great job insuring I got the truck I wanted at a good price. This was by far the best delivery experience yet on a CarsDirect purchase. The representative I was referred to was very organixpzed, thorough, and explained all very well. A bit of a hike from home, but well worth the trip - a real pleasure picking up my new truck!

It was a pleasure working with Robby at Carsdirect.com. They gave me a price, without all the pressure and games that the dealers put you through. I wouldn't go to a dealer again, except to look at the model I'm interested in. This is the second car we have purchased through Carsdirect.com, and I'm sure there will eventually be a third.

Working with the service was quick and easy. A car was located quickly and anytime I had a question it was quickly answered to make the decision process simple. I got a great price and exactly what I wanted.
