Straightforward process. Quotation online, specific questions re business lease answered on the phone. One person - Olivia Gardner (who responded straight away) looked after the application (and also who persevered until they could get hold of me). Found me a couple of options. Ordered exactly what I wanted. Cheapest price. Great service.

Shocking - do not use.
Shocking. Car ordered, 3 weeks delivery ➡️ 4-6 week delivery ➡️ 2 months ➡️ 3 months ➡️ 3.5 months later delivery ‘pending’. I had to cancel as they lie. They had no car ready for delivery & didn’t process my cancellation nor refund! 10/10 to the salesman as fooled me. Do not use them as they clearly cannot deliver what they say & like to keep hold of your money for as long as possible.

I used carwow for the first time to find us an Audi Q4 . Jamie Lowe our contact found us the exact car and spec we were looking , we found the whole experience from agreeing costs etc to taking delivery of the car very efficient, if we needed a question answering Jamie was on the ball and came back to us very quickly . would highly recommend .

My first call to Carwow was to Jamie. I explained to him exactly that I was looking for a Shoda Enyaq 85. I also explained what extras I wanted fitted and also what the approximate delivery date would be. All of this was sorted with the one phone call. Jamie was very polite and professional throughout. My vehicle was delivered on the date specified, the hand over was straight forward with no issues. I would defiantly use Carwow again and ask for Jamie to arrange my next Skoda. Great customer service
Great customer service. I was kept posted on the delivery status of my car every month. Allana helped me make a few changes to the lease contract (increase mileage) without any issues. Would recommend and use again.

I had decided nearly a month ahead of…
I had decided nearly a month ahead of the delivery date to lease a MG4 from the leasing agent who could deliver it on the 9th June as my old MG4 lease was being collected on the 8th. I decided to go with Carwow Leasey because the confirmed they could deliver on the 9th and at a reasonable price and gave me the registration number so I could ensure I surance was aetup. Yet when it came to the delivery date, I was told a day or so prior they couldnt deliver due to their supplier not being able to register the car, as well as the cars registration won't be the same as I was told. The car was eventually delivered on the 11th.

Overall the experience was very good. The loss of one star was because their online system did not keep pace with updates if you called.
Team at the end of the line very good and the VW ID.4 arrived ahead of the target date.
