I would also like to share in my personal experience Uwais was very helpful with finding the right car for me. I know it can sound a little silly, but I was stuck between a few options which Uwais did a very good job of simply laying out the facts and helping clear up any confusion when it comes to comparisons.

Ordered a BYD through Carwow Leasey with a straightforward ask: delivery close to a fixed date I gave them at the point of sale. That date is looming with no confirmed delivery date.

Communication has been well-intentioned but scattered. At one point I was told "I totally forgot about you" regarding a promised follow-up — which I appreciated the honesty of, but it doesn't inspire confidence. I've also had messages relaying that a manager "agreed with" what I'd already been told, rather than that manager actually speaking with me directly, which felt like an odd way to reassure a customer. The current explanation is that the delay sits with the manufacturer, which may well be true, but after several rounds of updates I'm still no clearer on an actual date.

I have just had a call with a manager called Charlie who has told me the team have done everything right their end, everything was handled as it should be and I should wait to call judgement until the car is on my drive. That was an "interesting" call to say the least.

To be fair, it has been confirmed I'd get a full refund with no penalty if I chose to cancel — no complaints there. This review reflects where things stand right now; I'll update it if the situation is resolved properly.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. Max was brilliant throughout the whole process- he made everything so easy, kept me updated every step of the way, and found me exactly the car I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was always happy to answer any questions I had. I couldn’t be happier with my new SEAT Ibiza. Such good service from Ralph , each email , message or call was answered very quickly . We got more money from selling our car through Car wow than dealers were offering as part exchange , and we got the same car , exact specifications offered by the dealership , but half the deposit required and much lower monthly payments . We are so thrilled with our new car and Car Wow made it so easy .

I would give more than 5 stars if I could Calum who I dealt with was amazing really looked after me I had to cancel after breaking my leg but I will be back when I can due to Calum.

Had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Jamie Lowe. He made it simple from the initial enquiry and quote to completion and delivery of the vehicle.
