The purchase was easy and product is of good quality.
My concern is delivery and installation. No firm date in advance only a call on the day saying be there later.
Had to leave for work as they turned up. Unable to secure to footings so would return at later date. Same again no advance information just text on day. Also still waiting for heater which has not arrived.

So pleased with our beautiful table! It was really simple to put up and looks amazing. The live edge is stunning. I can’t comment on its durability as we have only had it up a few weeks, but we have two young kids and they haven’t managed to scratch/dent it yet, so I’d say that’s a win! Amazing quality for the price - so pleased we went for it!

Great product, price and easy to order. Quick delivery, delivery men navigated round to the back of my house and brought the dining table into the room it was going to. They let me take time to check there was no damage.

The product, service and delivery was excellent - I've bought two items casamaria - The first being a 4x3m pergola and the second being a Left hand patio lounge set with fire pit table. I'm really pleased with the products, communication and delivery relating to my purchase and would highly recommend.

Great product, solid build & good quality. Instructions could be better - perhaps a video demonstration as there’s no written instructions just images. Need 3-4 people to get up, quite heavy. Wasnt too fussed about the free heater but it’s actually great and really kicks out heat.

Easy web site.Fast delivery. Description on site was exactly what we received. Very easy to assemble 2-3 hrs . Had it up a couple of weeks now & looks very nice.Cusions are deep & comfortable. Firepit is a good feature with nice glass wall round

We ordered the aluminium left hand corner garden sofa & dining set with bench. I’m thrilled with my purchase. Superb quick delivery, easy to put together with good instructions. Sturdy frame and thick, comfortable, water proof cushions. We experienced no issues. Would definitely recommend this company.

I placed an order (CM40262) for a Pergola, installation and Garden furniture on 19th March with only the furniture cover not being in stock, according to the website. I asked if everything else could be delivered and offered to pay additional shipping. In a space of 4 hours today I was told the pergola could be dispatched immediately and the furniture will dispatched 10 April. When I asked that to be done, all of a sudden the pergola is not in stock until 24 April and the furniture will only be available on 10 May, almost 2 months after I placed an order of “In stock” items. I then received a link to pay the balance which I did in the hope that it would expedite some sort of action for early delivery. Now the Pergola has time travelled again and is expected 10th April. As for the furniture, I can only guess that’s still on track for 10 May.
I have no confidence in anything actually arriving now or with any certainty of an accurate delivery date, despite paying £4,270.
I sincerely hope this review prompts some action as Jane in “Customer care” is either completely untrained or has been given zero support/tools to try and assist customers.

My details are all attached to the order number so if somebody could contact me to assure me my order is being taken seriously, that would be greatly appreciated.

14 April - Update
Michael, the CS “Manager” assured me in writing he would personally oversee my order. I was told the stock was arriving on Friday 10 April. I reached out to Michael directly to ask if my order did arrive. No reply, not even a courtesy update. Absolutely appalling customer service. I’ve paid in full and this is now borderline theft. I wait in anticipation of some sort of “customer service” which Casa Maria Designs is sorely lacking. I can only hope the products make up for the lack of interest to assist a PAYING customer but I’m not too optimistic.

Terrible company, do not buy from them. Took the full amount of money and then sent emails asking for feedback on the product. Product never arrived. Over £4000 spent with nothing in return. I reached out and just got told to text a random number with no response. Think this company could potentially be scamming people. Be warned.

UPDATE 06.04.26: The so-called evidence that casa Maria designs references below was communication to a different customer. They have offered me a refund, but only on the condition I do not share any of my honest negative feedback online, which is not legal practice. I have received a number of aggressive emails pressuring me to remove this review. As it stands, I have received the pergola, but they did not install. Casa Maria wrote to me saying that installations and deliveries in london are difficult for them, so they cannot complete it and they will offer refund. I have NOT received any refund, and feel I have been scammed out of it. Looking through reviews on here it is clear they have problems with deliveries and installations, yet they continue to bully and harass customers who share this feedback online, and with hold refunds that are owed. This company takes an approach of 'customer is always wrong' and are very, very difficult to deal with. I strongly advise you look elsewhere.
