Firstly the price which was unbeatable, the product was exactly as described and delivered free within 48 hrs of my order. The website is very easy to use. I have used this company before and had the same excellent service and will use them again for any future purchases.

Purchased two Carl Friedrik cases
Purchased two Carl Friedrik cases, but needed a question regarding size answering prior to ordering.
The staff at Case Luggage couldn’t have been more helpful.
During the online order process there was a slight issue over a discount code and this again was dealt with in a friendly and extremely professional manner.
Ordered Tuesday afternoon and the cases arrived at lunchtime on Wednesday.
Absolutely superb service and product. I couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I am really impressed with the service I received from Case Luggage - my cases arrived really quickly and were excellently packaged up. The courier service also gave an hour delivery slot which was excellent! The cases themselves are absolutely brilliant- really good quality and look great. I ordered the test baker large suitcase which was cheaper by far than all the other sites I tried.
I was so pleased with my purchase I ordered 2 more and they arrived quicker than the speed of light.

Went to purchase two cases
Went to purchase two cases. Both listed as discounted on the website, however, when you get to the checkout stage the price goes back to full price (in this instance increasing the total by over £300). Contacted customer services and although they responded promptly, did not honour the quoted price.
