However once I won it was an absolute nightmare getting paid saying I had to prove proof of funds which was not required when depositing
I then put a review on and was paid however now I’m banned from their site tread careful when dealing with this company

worst casino i know of, made a deposit sent in my id and documents, made a withdrawal of just £50, then all of a sudden i was banned, spoke to chat and they said i had broke t&c and i would not get my withdrawal and would get a refund of my deposit, i had used a 3rd party payments they said, i only used paypal.

This company spams non-stop, sending casino email invites, despite constant requests to unsubscribe. They are clearly not to be trusted in any way shape or form.

Just been on the phone to customer service as my account originally didn’t get verified due to an issue with my bank statements, which was originally not made clear to me when I previously spoke to customer services. But today I spoke to a colleague called Tania and I’m extremely happy with the customer service I’ve received. She was very patient whilst I was having internet issues and very polite throughout! She guided me through the verification process again step by step and explained it well throughout, I’m very grateful for her help. I was using casino casino for over a year if not closer to 2 years. Today I made a small withdrawal of £20 and all of a sudden my account was no longer verified . I queried why I never received the withdrawal and was advised takes 24hrs . Later I received an email (copy shown to them) stating my account was verified and now it is not verified again. They take no responsibility for what is going on and just say I need send a birth certificate in (which I do not own) and now my previous verification documents expired (it was my passport which runs out in 2026)

Stay clear of these people. What seems to have happened is they have changed how they verify customers and blame it on everything else and customer service is appalling (spoke to Alex via chat and Olivia via email)

I then asked to close my account and usually any balance on the account would be returned to linked card and they can’t even do this for 19p 😂
