I went and deposited £30 on the 3rd of may, they took the money from my bank and still haven’t put the funds in my betting account I am down £30 without even placing a single bet. I’ve contacted them and they say it’s my fault and can’t resolve this I have contacted my bank and they have said that Casushi have cleared and processed the payment but haven’t given it me in my account. Absolutely appalling, will never be using this again luckily it was a small amount bc normally I deposit £400-£800 worth

MY £200 withdrawal was not transferred to my bank!
I have played on Casushi for YEARS! I never had any complaints! Yet on 11.4.26 when I requested a £200 withdrawal - I received ZERO in my bank. Their transactions state 'withdrawal successful'...so, where is my money? No answers to my complaints..No ARN (when requested) for my bank to trace the transaction- Basically No Communication at all!! I am being IGNORED!!
I am so disappointed in this company!
*** I contacted the 'support' email - a lot! I contacted the Parent Company (Dazzletag Entertainmment) also, via email and Special Delivery (Royal Mail) - because no one was replying to my enquiries/complaints.... NOW? Weeks later still NO replies to my emails OR Letter. Ridiculous!!

Good customer support, great withdrawal speeds. As for the games, just my experience... too many games with poor wins to spins, too many games you get the free spins and the return is shocking (anything from nothing - no, really - to 26p or 55p). The same excuses get trotted out by these companies (we're regulated, they scream... it's all down to Random Number Generators, they claim). And this is one of THOSE companies. Look elsewhere

Thanks for your review. Whilst we can understand the frustration of having another response regarding regulation and RNGs, that's because that is simply factual.
You are correct in that we are indeed one of those companies, in that we are fully licensed, regulated, and all of our games run through externally-approved and monitored RNGs to ensure fair outcome and play. We have been in operation for over a decade with the same ethos throughout.
Anybody using sites not doing the same would be wise to be extremely cautious. The use of unregulated sites should never be recommended.

Great casino as I signed up about 2 months ago and opted in to the sign up bonus and ever other casino sign up bonus only gives you 7 days to deposit to claim the bonus but with cusushi I made my first deposit a month after sign up and the bonus was still there for me to claim, plus withdrawals on my winning winning was instantly back in my bank account.. highly recommend
