I never leave reviews but felt these guys deserved one! Richard was fantastic form the start and no once got frustrated at my never ending questions. A fantastic company, VERY good prices and is clearly proud of what they do showing me around his showroom. You wont be disappointed.

Very poor service and communication
Very poor service and communication. Richard offered a good price for our Everhot oven and then didn't respond to emails to arrange pick up and payment. Promised to arrange pick up in a week when I managed to speak to him on the phone saying 'he wouldn't let me down'. Well he definitely did. I wouldn't trust this company....shocking customer service and honesty.

Prices good but quality of goods and service is very lacking. Would pay more money and purchase from another place. As I have posted my low rating with comments regarding poor customer care on their site they have been bombarding me with nasty emails and phone calls with legal action and threats about suing me. What happened to freedom of speech.

This company should receive no stars
This company should receive no stars, they sold me a range cooker that was damaged in August 2020, after many months of fighting I took them to court where they spoke with a very large forked tongue, and honesty was not their policy, they trade under different names on ebay and do not like to give out paid in full receipts or proper invoices. They believe they are above the law, and stoop to very low levels yes I am bitter. Yes I have learnt a £5000 lesson and will not buy again from a family run small business. My lesson to you all check with companies house before buying, pay by credit card, check and double check sellers small print and not believe their selling history rate.
