Cavendish Manley Opiniones

Really professional and responsive to any queries we had.

No issues during the whole process and I would definitely reccommend them to family and friends.

Great service.

Can’t fault Cavendish Manley, always kept you up to date with any issues or details on the purchase of our property.

Excellent service and communication throughout both our sale and purchase. The only estate agents we’d use!!

Third move with them. Wouldn’t use anyone else 👍

From initial contact to completion, Richard and his team conducted the sale of my property with utmost professionalism. The team were fully aware of the legal progression of the sale at all times, communicating effectively and efficiently with both my and my purchaser's solicitors, which was a great help to me. My request for a deep clean to be undertaken prior to completion was met with calm pragmatism and arranged on my behalf, as I was managing the sale remotely. I can, without hesitation or reservation, highly recommend Cavendish Residential Estate Agents and would happily engage their services again.

We couldn’t fault cavendish Manley. Jane and Carla have been fantastic with us. From start to finish if we ever needed anything it was no trouble. Our purchase has been a long process. No fault of here but they were always chasing things up and would also be happy to take our calls and do some digging further for us. Thank you so much for all your help through this process we very much appreciate it. I would recommend them.

Thanks very much for all of your help in selling our property. We would especially like to thank Richard for setting a realistic value for the bungalow and for the way in which the entire sales process was managed. Lastly but not least, many thanks to Lynzi for some great negotiating. All the very best Janet and Phil.

The team at Cavendish Manley were very reliable, prompt and kept communication flowing between the different parties. They made the process as stress free as possible and I'd use them again.

Have used them each time I have moved, reliable, efficient and helpful.

Excellent communication and customer service throughout our journey to purchasing a new home. Lovely pleasant staff who are always happy to take your call and always phone back and update you on queries when necessary.

Absolutely brilliant service as usual. Will always recommend cavendish manley and wouldn’t use anyone else. Thanks again for a quick sale within 24 hours

I have put my house on the market twice before with Cavendish Manely and for different reasons I have chosen to take if off the market..so when I asked them for a 3rd time to put my house up for sale, I was thinking they wouldn't do it but I have been treated with most upmost respect, my house sold very quickly, I was kept informed at all times, even when I was getting a little stressed about the situation, they always reassured me that the process was in place and the sale was progressing...I would without hesitation recommend Cavendish Manley

Very happy with the overall service received when buying a property from Cavendish Manley.

Level of customer service varied on occasions depending on who we spoke to on the phone.

Used this agent to sell our relatives house. None of our family lived locally and we were pleased with how they dealt with all viewings with quick feedback, right down to getting a sussessful sale. All the staff were very friendly and professional and really went the extra mile and nothing was too much trouble.
