I cannot recommend Cavendish highly enough. Our house attracted three offers within a week of being put on the market, two of them very near the asking price, the best of which we quickly accepted.

Hugh Evans took some outstanding photos, which clearly made a big difference to people's interest in the property. He knows very well how to present to greatest advantage. And it was a great pleasure to meet him and hear a selection from his "confessions of an estate agent", which were of course entirely innocent! I'm waiting for the book.

Caroline Crawley handled everything from that point, so pleasantly and efficiently - and with genuine care and concern for our interests.

This was an entirely positive experience, which was enough to restore one's faith that we are not all going to the dogs! Thank you to all at Cavendish and congratulations on an exceptional service.

Clear and communicative with us as buyers. Helpful and prompt to respond to any/all questions we had.

Cavendish have sold 2 of our houses in the past, happy with the service so instructed them to act for us again. Eventually sold but not without its challenges, no assistance with viewings (doesn’t work Wednesdays or Sundays, too short notice so gave up asking). Asked for advice on improving chances of sale, shrugged shoulders and said reduce price by X% to register on Rightmove. Very little in the way of sales negotiation, very much left to me to decide on how to proceed. Email to say a sale had fallen through-expected a phone call given the significance of this. Overall a poor experience this time

I would advise individuals to exercise caution when considering transactions with this particular company. Instead, I strongly recommend seeking an alternative estate agency when selling your property, there are several reputable agencies in Mold. It is essential for estate agents to fulfill their legal obligation of disclosing any known issues that may impact a buyer's decision regarding a property. Unfortunately, in my personal experience, this company failed to disclose significant information in my case. I was genuinely taken aback by the management's apparent lack of comprehension regarding consumer legislation. As a result, the matter is currently under investigation by the Property Ombudsman.

Fantastic sales team,comprising Huw Lun Gaynor and Caroline who dealt with a difficult sales and purchase lasting months with patience and humour .Their combined professional experience is to be applauded.

Need more than 5 stars! The process of selling our house took 19 months and without the consistent help and support including tears and laughter of Caroline we would never had got to our new house. Purchased a property through Cavendish, whilst I appreciate the agents are acting on behalf of the seller, the level of service, effort and tenacity shown to us by Rebecca was exemplary. Emails were responded to promptly, she kept all parties aware of who was actioning what documentation, my particular purchase was elongated as a number of unforeseen issues arose however Rebecca was ‘on the ball’ all time knowing who had to what between various third parties. It gave us a huge amount of confidence that the sale was being managed. In a word, ‘superb’.

Fantastic service from Cavendish. Lots of interest in our cottage - we sold within 48 hours of going on the market. Luned and Caroline kept me informed of the process all the way down the line. Although it was a long drawn out procedure- not their fault- they kept pushing he solicitors along. Nice and friendly gave good, experienced advice when necessary.

Very impressed with everything about Cavendish following on from a rather difficult sale. The entire staff were simply brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they undertook numerous viewings at a moment’s notice to fit in with potential buyers and then provided me with excellent follow up feedback and advice. This is what true professional estate agency is all about, not massive TV advertising using expensive actors, where in reality, sellers do much of the work themselves, but experienced locally based staff who know their market.
