Contacted the company when my boiler seized up.The engineer (Paul) arrived as arranged the following afternoon. He spent a couple of hours & then stayed to do a service. Very pleasant & friendly. Paul explained what he was doing & why. Won't be going anywhere else when the next service is due!

Paul was on time, pleasant, polite and efficient.

Wow, what a fantastic service from this company. I have used these twice this week. Once for a leaking boiler and today repairing the flush on 3 toilets. Lewis was polite and insisted on taking off his shoes as per his company policy. He was quick and efficient. I was recommend this company and I will do the same, they have my custom for life now. They were on time and arrived when they said they would, no excuses, just a great service.

One year ago Wilson fitted a new boiler at a fair price and expertly fitted. Now they’ve carried out the first service. It was done efficiently by Paul, a pleasant and helpful young man. All good.

Always first choice for any plumbing jobs, have used them for years. They fitted a new boiler two years ago and have just been out for second annual service. Paul was great explaining all that he was checking. Excellent service

The price was right for us and Jamie S was first class very professional installation explained every aspect of the job cleaned everything up on completion he is a great representative for Wilson plumbing and heating. Have used this company for the last 14 years and will continue to do so.

We have used Wilson's for a few years now, for annual boiler services and any repairs required, and have always had great service from engineer Paul, and the staff in the office. Would recommend for any plumbing and heating issues.

My 22 year old boiler finally died having caused leaks in my hot water pipes. Wilson Plumbing fixed the leaks and installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler. The leaks were not easy to access. Their Engineer worked tirelessly all day, the hardest working Engineer I have ever experienced. The initial assessment was very thorough and their Manager produced a long list of the work to be covered. I chose Wilsons partly because their Trust Pilot ratings were so high (98% 5 stars) and am pleased to be giving them another 5 star rating. Excellent company.

These guys were great. Arrived promptly and completed the job in less than two days. It included dismantling and removing an old Rayburn. Clean and efficient workers. I couldn’t believe how much they achieved on the first day as they had to uncouple and dismantle all the existing pipe work, electricals and tanks AND fit and connect the new boiler!

Excellent work from Nick and Lewis. Fitting new boiler, radiators and pipework alteration. Timely, smart finishing, and cleaned up well afterwards. Went above and beyond to do lots of extra bits to make everything look and function well. Highly recommend.

Edit (11/01/2025). Received a reply from Wilson’s, who instead of taking a more understanding approach, actually accused me of being a “keyboard warrior” and refused any further support for the situation they had created. You really get to know the worth of some companies when it things go awry.

Wilson installed our boiler on 13/05/2024. As a direct result we experienced ‘water hammer’ in our pipework, no doubt from the increased pressure in the system resulting from the more powerful boiler. We contacted Wilson, but they stated the pipework was nothing to do with them and they were not liable. We were even ‘advised’ to learn to turn the taps off slowly and gently. Hardly practical and useless regards the washing machine. However, they did come out and install a shock arrestor, which failed within a day. Some time later (after multiple calls) we managed to get a Wilson engineer back out, who then re-charged the device. It failed within 24 hours. It took even more effort to get them to come a third time. Eventually, an extremely young looking ‘engineer’ arrived to install another arrestor device. It lasted less than 2 days. The knocking pipes has got worse. We are well aware of the potential damage to pipes and the boiler that can (and will) result if this is not dealt with. We have even made it clear that we will pay the price to get the matter sorted, despite it initiating from their installation. The receptionist offers all the excuses under the Sun as to why Craig (the boss?) isn’t available, with numerous “I’ll ask him to ring you back.” He never does. Even a message to decline the work would be preferable to being left in limbo with a worsening pipe situation potentially developing. I have made a formal complaint to Wilson Plumbing & Heating, which I fully expect will be ignored, just like our calls. Wilson Plumbing & Heating have got their money for the boiler installation and are not remotely interested in our situation. Great company when it all goes well (like all of them), but you know the real value of a company when things don’t go so well. How do they respond. Wilson have made it oh so clear what they think of that.

This company has old fashioned values of care. Mum is 93 and has dementia. Her boiler failed and they prioritised a visit the same day. The boiler needed a part replaced under the Worcester Bosch guarantee
so they sorted that out for us. In the interim they did a temporary fix so Mum had heating so she was comfortable to stay at home - a godsend as we didn't think she would cope coming to stay in our home. Worcester Bosch replaced the part the next day. I then had a phone call from Wilson Plumbing the next day to check all was OK. 100% respect for being so caring and being so solution focused to support a vulnerable adult. Thank you.
