I liked the outfit and it was true to size. I thought that the collar and the waistband was goin to be silver and it was pink sequins. That is acceptable but I was planning on wearing silver shoes which I thought would accent the silver sequins.

Terrible quality. Poor fabric. Lining did not extend to the entire garment so it was see through. Not the product that was presented in the photos and videos. They will not take returns. Terrible service and no resolution available. False and deceptive advertising.

Cayred will not give refunds or returns if item does not fit or is not as expected. They offered $5 refund. How are they allowed to operate a business that is so one sided? If that is how they are going to do things, they should have enough courage to put the policy on the front page of the advertising and not in some fine print that nobody can see. It is actually dishonest the way they present policy. I Will NEVER order from them again and will donate the items that don't work to charity.

These come directly from China and don't fit and no refund.

Good quality a little tight on one blouse but love the color and fabric. I needed to lose just a little weight so it will be perfect

Can't get refund. I came back to say I tried to get a refund & company refuses. Says has to be "quality problem"(damage). My items didn't fit. They are not true to size. I can't wear them.

Now they won't give a refund. They lie. Don't buy from them unless you intend to keep whatever they send you. I am contacting my credit card company tomorrow to see if I can get help.

I ordered $80 worth of clothing. Nothing fit well, and I didn’t like the fabric. I emailed asking for a return authorization, and was asked why. I told them one pantsuit didn’t fit, and I just didn’t care for the other item. They said to keep the clothes and they would refund me $12. Basically forcing you to purchase what you “try on”. I wish zero stars were an option. I’m mostly upset because I don’t fall for these types of websites, This one says (unlawfully) that the items are made in NC!? I guess I should have known it prob stands for some area of a third world country. Pants feel like thin plastic that they printed the pattern onto. The top is tissue thin and doesn’t even fit on the body correctly in any way. Shame on me I guess

I did not like the three items I ordered and wanted to return. Could not get a full refund because there was not quality problems. Read the return language!!!! Will never order nor recommend this company.
