The ladder that I ordered for my pet parrot was perfect! It is well made and sturdy; she took to it immediately and was able to navigate easily from one spot to another. She is a ‘rescue’ bird and her left wing had been broken in the past so she cannot fly, and this enables her to easily go from one area to another.

The sizes run a little small. Need the size larger.

I need to return my order, nothing fits. Also after seeing the denim dress that was ordered, its Definity not anything like what the pictured showed. And certainly not worth the price I paid.
I was also fooled by believing it was out of South Carolina!!!!!!!!!!!1

The styles and designs are fresh looking and very appealing. Sizing can be a guessing game as it seems to vary from one design to the next. I ordered two long sleeve tee shirts, same styling, one fit fine the other was too tight.

The dress does not fit my body appropriately.
I need to return it.

I finally received my order, and am happy with the merchandise. However, it took way too long to get here.
I ordered during the 2nd week in April and the order didn't arrive until the 3rd week of May.

I liked what I ordered--for the price, it's good casual wear. What I don't like is I need to return two items and I'm not getting the information on how to do that easily. I wrote to the service e-mail (there should be a phone number) and after a few days, got a response to send the item numbers. Which I did. I now have to wait to get instructions on where to return these and how to get a credit of refund. That's too cumbersome.

The dress was exactly as shown in the post. So I'm happy as you never know what you'll receive when you order online. Bravo to the company.

I loved the shirt. It was very nice fabric BUT it was stolen out of my car at grand kids ballgame.I reordered the same shirt and am waiting for its arrival.
