Asked Allen to attend a leaking pipe - due to nail through a skirting board. He came - within 30 mins - at night time. Stopped the leak - and furthermore managed to get video as well as photos of the leak - which will be useful when showing to the builders. Top bloke in a high stress emergency situation, and restored heating too.

We’ve been using Allen for years now, he’s our absolute go to guy for anything boiler related! Extremely reliable and trust worthy. You know you’re getting a top rate job. Thanks for everything Allen, see you again for next years service.

Wow! What a find. From the point of contact to completing the fitting Allen has been brilliant. He even juggled work to get a new boiler fitted and working within 3 working days. Allen has just fitted my radiators and did a fantastic job. He had to cut through my wood flooring to access the pipes and the flooring was fitted back perfectly.

Allen is a really nice guy doing a quality job very efficient.

We first used Allen after seeing his YouTube video about a leaky boiler, and realised he was located near to us. He has since been twice more as we find him to be reliable, trustworthy and reasonably priced. He explains everything he does, and shows you the parts so you feel reassured about the work. He went the extra mile when our hot water stopped working, coming on a day when he had to arrange around family commitments. Very highly recommended.

CCH fitted our boiler for us in our kitchen, Allen was really professional and talked us though everything he was doing. Very polite, trusting and friendly. Will definitely recommend Allen and use again in the future. A***** thank you for everything you have done for us.

I came across Allen through his Youtube channel and contacted him to repair a leaking boiler. His service was first class and he was honest, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Highly recommended and will definitely use again. If you're in the Leeds area this is the only man to use!

Within the next 2 week's we had a brand new functioning boiler and radiators that actually work.
