The Superman cosplay is absolutely fabulous! I truly loved it, it looks exactly like the one from the movie. The level of detail is incredible, and you can really tell that a lot of care and effort went into every single part of the cosplay. From the suit itself to all the accessories, everything was amazing and high quality.
I’m honestly very impressed with how accurate and well-made it is. This is easily a 10/10 cosplay for me, and I would definitely recommend it to any Superman fan or cosplayer looking for a movie-accurate suit!

You explicitly stated, "I ordered a UK large, not a medium," which indicates that you selected your size based on standard UK sizing rather than consulting the specific size chart provided on the product page; this is what led to the sizing issue.
In an effort to ensure your satisfaction, we offered to either send a replacement for the ill-fitting components or issue a partial refund of £100(The Costume + Boots price is only £161.11). However, you declined both of these options. Furthermore, you have refused to return the costume while still demanding a full refund, which we consider to be highly unreasonable. I ordered a Zelda costume for my eleven-year-old daughter as a special gift in early October. She'd saved and worked to match the amount I added, and so this was a very important purchase for her. We were concerned the costume would not arrive on time for its intended debut: Halloween. Each time we reached out we had clear, personal, concise, communication and it arrived ahead of the expected date!
The costume is beautiful. I'd expected that I'd have to make some adjustments, like add clear straps as the gown appears strapless, but no, those were included along with all the jewelry. It fit her perfectly and the measurements online matched hers. She was so delighted that she asked me to send the tailor a note, which I did through the customer service email address.
She intends to wear the costume to many Comic Cons this year and it's entirely of a quality where we can expect a lot of wear out of this costume.
