KEMI IS AMAZING

CCS is legit. I’m confused by the negative reviews as I have had several debts that they have sorted for me. Their portal and patience is amazing. I can pay the payment back when I want and how much I want to do. Kemi is a really good colleague who helped me and supported me with my mental health needs and her other colleague. 10/10

Constant calls and emails from this…

Constant calls and emails from this cowboy outfit despite me blocking my number and email address and TELLING them they have the wrong person.

I WILL be looking to take this further if their harassment doesn't end.

I can see why people buckle and pay just to get them off their back for an easy life. But this time they have it wrong and I WILL stand my ground.

Scam artists - do not pay

This company is a total scam. Sent a letter saying I'm owed money to HMRC I contact HMRC who confirm that I don't owe any money I call them back to get the case closed and they just keep going round and round saying you're gonna have to pay more interest we're not gonna close the claim and refuse to connect me to a supervisor manager and try to get me to share personal information. They have also targeted an elderly relative in the 80s . I'm going to look into which professional body I can refer them to for investigation into illegal operations.

Letters have been received at our…

Letters have been received at our address addressed to unknown individuals. We contacted the company to update the details, but the letters continue to arrive under different names, claiming money is owed to HMRC.

We have never received any correspondence directly from HMRC addressed to these names at our address. This situation raises concerns that there may be a scam involved within this company, and we are unsure why HMRC is being associated with them.

Emails are constant with no clear information

keep getting emails from this company now had to personally block the email address, now usually a genuine company will show you what the debt is owed for, in these emails absolutely no information whatsoever just to contact on said number. How i'm i suppose to know what company it is i owe a debt to in order to sort it out eh?

Been contacted by these because I owe Sky money and they won't help me so have to deal with these idiots as they send me emails i answer them to sort it out so what do they do send another email the same . Then you think you have sorted it they send you another email to contact them
I am sick of repeating myself when I answer every email back to them
Give your head a wobble and sort this out I am waiting
Not answering any more emails I gave given all my details in an email FIND IT !!!!

Re not csa or in any financial institutions. They are talking about a tax none payment which was set up as pay monthly, the total year flounce for the tax was £20 . So we paid for the year tax , they still sending £100 fine cos collections proper scam . I hope trust piolet scraps this fake company .

This is 100% a SCAM do not pay anything to this company. They sent my grandad a letter saying he owned Tesco Mobile money. My grandad went to Tesco Mobile to confirm and he doesn't owe them no money. Tesco Mobile clearly has had their data stolen and have attempted to SCAM,

The people who answer the phone sound like they know it is a scam as well.

Actually a scam

Actually a scam, had emails from this company saying i owe money to sky, Spoke to sky who have told me that i don't and never have owed anything, and that they have not passed me on to debt recovery of any sort. Have spoken to CCS and asked for my data to be removed on GDPR grounds as there is no reason for it to be kept and they have refused.

Helpful and polite Shayne and Andrew

I spoke with Shayne on the 30/10/25 and Andrew on the 23/10/25 who asked me to call back in a week regarding a disputed DVLA penalty. Both Shayne and Andrew were polite and helpful despite dealing with customers who are most likely disgruntled. Nobody likes to pay fines especially if you don’t agree with them but they were far more helpful than the DVLA. Take your issues up with the companies that passed on the debts rather than CCS.

An utter disgrace of a company

I’d give no stars at all if that was possible. An utter disgrace of a company. I cannot believe a company like Vodafone are using such a rude and aggressive company ESPECIALLY when they’ve sent out something they shouldn’t have in the first place because it was an error at Vodafone’s end. I had the utter displeasure of speaking to two of their representatives. The second was slightly more pleasant than the first but the first shouldn’t be speaking to people on the phone.
