I've bought a few keys from Cdkeyvast in the last 18 months and had never had a problem. Then I paid for a AC:U key and still hadn't got it 4 days later, whch was most unusual. I contacted them and did get a working key a couple of days later, but the email came from a gmail address which I'd never seen before. This was around the time that a load of FC4 keys got banned by Ubi. At the same time Cdkeyvast went into "stocktaking" and has been that way ever since.

Very odd. They were great in the time that I used them though.

At first I wanted to Evaluate the website before buying any cd key, but I didnt get any repsonse from them I send e mails, enquires,,, but no response.
any how, I wil not buy anything from this website, and I dont recommand it to anyone.

4 days have gone past and I still didn't recieve my PREORDERED Key of AC: Unity

they asked for my goverment issued ID copy and a picture of credit card - front and back .
Do not send them or anyone that kind of information , its all they need to carry out identity fraud.

Very disappointed.
I pre-ordered a game and the key never arrived. Though their services answered my e-mails to ask me to wait, after 48 hours, I got nothing. The last mails I sent them to ask for information and then my refund were not answered...
I'm still in the process of reclaiming my money.

I just can't recommend this website.

I bought a key from this website and received an email saying: "Dear customer:

Sorry for the delayed delivery of the key. It was our fault to let you wait so long. But because our manager is notat our office now, the keys will be unpacked and scanned after our manager coming back, which will take some time. Please wait for it. We promise that we will sendthe keys to you as soon as we can. We are sincerely sorryfor the inconvenience and hope for your understanding. Thank you.

Best regards"

My money was transfered to them but i didn't get anything... It's been 3 days.
I tried to contact them but without success. I had to open a file on paypal about my transaction.

i just buy new borderland cheap price and just take 5min to take codes Thx :)

This company takes your payment (a payment which, for the record, was over the amount they quoted on their website, as they charge in €, not £, and fail to advertise the correct currency conversion), then they keep your codes until you send them 'proof of ID'. This is ridiculous and, quite frankly, illegal. If you really must ask for the ID, do it before the money is extracted, not after.

They currently hold my money, without giving me the codes I paid for, simply because I refuse to send them an image of my UK driver's license to HK China so they can presumably fraud me later. This is all despite me paying via paypal, on an account that's been verified for almost a decade. Apparently one of the largest companies in the world trusting I am who I say I am is not good enough for this outfit.

Avoid like the plague. They are scam artists of the highest order.

I bought key 3 days ago, I wrote countless email, every answer this: "Sorry for the delayed delivery of the key. It was our fault to let you wait so long. My key don't received yet....

Wanted to buy Arma 2 Combined Operations, placed my order and got a mail where they said they need to verify that i'm the owner of the paypal-address, so i sent an email from that e-mail account with the order-id.

No answer, just a mail where they said they don't have keys on stock and they have some in progress but it'll take a few hours.

So waited 4 hours (100% more time they say on their website which is 5min to 2 hours). Wrote an E-Mail and never got an answer. 6 Hours later a second E-Mail - again no answer.

I opened a Paypal-Case now, lets see if they refund me.

I bought in this site and i love it, it took 10 minutes to arrive my key. Perfect web, I recomend ;)

Did not receive my key. Tried to contact them via e-mail and skype. Nothing. Had to file a ticket at paypal. Don't try buy from them!

i bought game and all i get is email where they say that they will delivery the key in 5-2h and its already 3 days and still didnt get key so i sent them many emails and still no ressponse.
i wont buy game from this web anymore.

i got my key very fast but it was INVALID!!!
i double checked if it was entered correctly.

I bought a game from the shop yesterday. Key received after about 7 minutes.The code worked well. Nice purchase experience. Thank you guys!

I found out that the game i ordered couldn't be activated in my country. I wrote cdkeyvast and was asked to send the steam gift back, which I did. I was told to wait for three days for the refund, but didn't receive it. I then sent them an email asking when I could expect the refund and was sent the exact same email, asking me to wait for three days. Needless to say, I still haven't had my money back.

Habe schon extrem viele Keyshops genutzt, aber sowas schlechtes wie Cdkeyvast ist mir noch nicht unter gekommen.

Bestellt und direkt eine Mail bekommen mit Inhalt "haben keine mehr (obwohl da stand, sie hätten noch), werden in den nächsten Stunden welche erhalten und zustellen". Alles noch im Rahmen und halb so wild. Über 24 Stunden später noch kein Key erhalten, also dort im Account Feedback hinterlassen. Ich hätte keinen Key erhalten und sie mögen mir den doch nochmal schicken, falls bereits geschehen. Das Feedback wurde ohne Kommentar gelöscht...einfach so.

Danach hingesetzt und eine E-Mail geschrieben, ich hätte keinen Key erhalten blablaba die gleiche Leier wieder, etwas bestimmter und mit Androhung, die Zahlung via Paypal rückerstatten zu lassen. Erneut keine Reaktion.

Nun ja, bei Paypal das Rückerstattungsverfahren eingeleitet und keine 12 Stunden später bekomme ich eine Mail von Cdkeyvast mit dem Key, das Standardmail, kein weiterer Kommentar.

Für mich unfassbar, wie man so mit Kunden umgehen kann und die erste Bestellung wird sogleich auch meine letzte gewesen sein.

Ich kann nur davon abraten, es gibt so viele gute Keyshops, da darf man sich als Shop sowas nicht erlauben.
