CEGA are useless no help at all
CEGA are only getting 1star as you have to pick one to progress. I am still waiting for my refund which I submitted in October! No one replies to emails I have no telephone number for them and the CAA helpline Is the not a help line - they have no telephone number for CEGA It is all a delaying tactic!

Well what can I say still waiting on my money back from atol claim made on 7th October and having been sent numerous emails requesting the same information over and over .. when you call you are met with rude staff with zero customer service who cannot provide you with any sort of update and just keep pamming you off with there working on it.. and cannot give u an expected date .. and if u ask to speak with a manager you get hung upon.And these numerous complaints will probably never get looked at or acted upon

CEGA are dealing with my claim after the collapse of Thomas Cook. I have sent numerous emails and also contacted the Facebook page, to which I have had no reply, read but not replied!
I have had no communication whatsoever from CEGA. I have also emailed the CEO of the company, again bo reply. There are thousands of people in the same situation as I am.
The professionalism is non existent. They way they are treating people is disgusting!

Shocking customer care- poor communication and repeated automated emails requesting repeat info. Shame on you Cega
still owed money , so go elsewhere
at first really helpful... claim pack sent out.. all information returned. paid 1600 for holiday, medical claim.. they paid 584 at first, admin error.. then another 500... another admin error.. on the 8th email stating the remainder being paid.. rang on 13th where is money, they claimed it's been transferred.. another 2 days , still no money... no they state they have transferred it and it's now down to us and my bank to find it... no ref or bank ref given, looks like it's going to go to ombudsmen... it's been a month from claim and still waiting for settlement.. so be prepared for a fight to get all your money and get used to being fobbed off...
