Sadly a bad after sales experience when trying to make a return. I purchased two fans for a renovation and needed on with a light. Unfortunately this was not requested until we discovered one was purchased incorrectly. requested to return and get a refund on one fan without success. two emails were sent and the response was still no. Please do your research and purchase from them with caution as there is no leniency with their return policy. Bunnings would have been a better option at the same price. Return was requested within 30 days of purchase. Read all the fine print before buying.

Delivery was very prompt and our electrician has now installed them. Once installed we decided to get another 3 of these same fans for the upstairs rooms, as we like the clean modern look. So I called Kayla and ordered 3 more, which also were delivered promptly. I purchased a ceiling fan and a wall controller, both arrived as described, and the customer service was excellent (the wall controller arrived first, separately, and when I called to ask about the fan the person I spoke to was friendly, efficient, and sent me the details to be able to track the delivery).
