i can not believe the prices cex are selling the new iPhone 6s they are selling it more then apple are selling it for . why do they think the general public are thick or born yesterday. i went and asked at the bilston store the cheeky manager just grind like a rapist. i will not be shopping at the bilston store again they have no manners and they look down at you as if you need to sell them items to buy drugs bad experience. bilston shop need training on manners and good customer services

They sell worn out damaged camera equipment as " excellent" then when you return it they keep hold of it for 2 months saying they are repairing it, then send it back in same condition saying it's fixed, took 5 months to get money back.

Be warned about scratched camera lenses, and cameras with super high shutter counts.
Dealing with customer care will sap the life from you.

I ordered a number of DVD's a few weeks ago and after about ten days was still waiting to receive them. I had an email from TrustPilot and stated that it was a pity CeX did not deliver as efficiently as they were to ask for reviews.
I received an email from CeX with an hour. That traced my order which had not been sent out from the shop, they arranged immediate dispatch and refunded the delivery charge back to my account the next day.
All companies can and do make errors but it's how they deal with the complaint that matters.
I will buy from CeX again as they were so quick to deal with my complaint.
