Rebecca Moss Bryony Macfarland Rebecca Langley and Aimee Dixon are my absolute go to people in the conveyancing industry. I would never work with anyone else ! they are great at what they do - they put me at ease get the work done at their soonest convenience which is great compared to other solicitors. I have had some solicitors elsewhere, that do not pick up the phone for days or don't even respond to a simple email! Not these ladies - they are all on the ball and are totally brilliant to support you with all conveyancing needs from first time buyers, to remortgaging and removing people on and off a title - they can do it all well done all of you !!

Our purchase came about very suddenly through an auction, and we needed legal support at very short notice. The team immediately got involved, guided us through the process, and worked incredibly hard to meet the demanding timescales. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication made a potentially stressful situation much easier to manage.

Interviewed on 8th September and was told I would receive feedback. It’s now the 16th and I’ve had no update at all. Communication has been extremely poor, and it doesn’t leave a good impression of how the organization operates. Very unprofessional.

We found the process very quick and easy. Danielle handled our case and we found her knowledgeable and supportive. We were kept informed and able to contact her when needed. We are now waiting for the post completion team to send us our deeds, hoping they are just as good. Would use them again based on this experience

I did not have a good experience with this firm. I wanted a local solicitors and assumed I'd be in contact with the Guiseley branch, as it's on my doorstep. Instead I was assigned to the Bradford branch 10 miles away.

Right from the start, it was never clear who I was meant to be in contact with, as 3 individuals were working on my file and would all email me at different times. The company has a "7 working day" email policy meaning I would sometimes be waiting for over a week before I had a response. Sometimes it was even longer than 7 days. They rarely made any effort to reply to questions posed by my estate agent. Attempts I made to try and contact them urgently were always met with displeasure. It genuinely seemed like I was an inconvenience to them.

There was no communication about how things were progressing and when I finally started asking directly I was met with partial answers or buck passing.

The proof of funds procedure seemed ludicrously thorough, with me having to collate years and years of statements from different accounts and contact family members about identification as proof of the proceeds of a will. It really seemed like overkill. I also answered the same question multiple times or had to produce the same statements several times.

When I did go into the office, or on the rare occasion they actually answered the phone, they seemed pleasant enough. I think they were probably overstretched which resulted in not great service. The contracts I was sent to sign even had typos in the names, on 2 different contracts!

That said, as an organisation they are very thorough, the files I was sent were very professional and they left nothing to chance when obtaining all the necessary documents.

I have given 2 stars because the house sale did go through but it's not a ringing endorsement by any stretch.

Very easy and smooth process, kept up to date at all times with progress. Very helpful and answered any questions I had promptly, top service.

Everything has been sorted professionally.
