Visited the Aberdeen store at around 11am. Only one other customer so service was fast. I just wanted to try the Karak Chai which I expected to have flavours of ginger, cardamom and cinnamon. Unfortunately the chai is just a very sweet tea, no taste of any spices at all. Very disappointed. The staff member apologised and offer me a coffee instead. I tried it but again, no spice flavour just a taste of condensed milk.

Went today and the food and service were both excellent

Ordered 3 teas and omelette wrap

Been waiting 20 mins for by buzzer to go off. Shops not even that busy
Had to go back to the counter after 25 mins for the order to be ready 😡😡

Wonderful business, super tasty food and a great selection to choose from! Staff are also very lovely and helpful! Would highly recommend

I come to chaiiwala in Houslow all the time with my wife and kids and I have to say the staff are very friendly and helpful and very respectful towards their customers. Good ambiance and great vibes. Good value for money. The staff should be given recognition for their hardwork.

Bipasha at Coventry road was great and friendly!

Went to one in Leicester Evington Road. Expensive for what it is, the tea tastes nice, the rest doesn't. Just bring guests here since I call it an icon of Leicester lol.

2nd time; part of order missing ; did someone in the shop pocket the money ? second time its happened - chaiwala watford

The only tasty thing on the menu was "Karachi Bun"
Now that's been removed now reason to go in there.

Also it wasn't the cleanest, friendliest or had good service place.

I would not recommend this to anyone.

I give this review not only for the exceptional food & chai but the service is unmatched. Her name is Naina and she is based at the Loughborough Rd branch, Leicester. She, to me and many other customers is THE face of Chaiiwala and if not for her, I wouldn’t even visit Chaiiwala as frequently as I do. Her service and friendliness is impeccable and she deserves all the recognition.

Very impressed with Chaiiwala in Crawley. I'm a newbie and the Karak Chaii caught my eye having had it recently on holiday. It was delicious as was the omlette breakfast wrap. Quick efficient service and nice and clean place. Will definitely be returning.

Chai was full of sugar not very good for a diabetic. Asked to change it but the assistant was not very helpful. He would not change it. Very bad customer service. A cup of chai would not have broken the bank.When you spend nearly £20.00 foa Desi breakfast,they could have obliged. May be next time I should have a breakfast at another establishment.

I went to Chaiwala in Staines to quickly pick up a cake for my son. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing from the start. When I arrived, there were no other customers in the shop, yet we still had to wait around five minutes before anyone came to serve us.
After we were finally attended to, I was told it would take about five minutes to prepare the cake. However, after waiting around twelve minutes, I went back to ask about it. Even though there were still no other customers, I was told that I would need to keep waiting.
I found this very surprising, as putting a slice of cake into a box and handing it over is a simple task, especially when the shop isn’t busy. When it became clear that the cake would not be served anytime soon, I asked for a refund instead.
Overall, a very frustrating experience. I left as a very unhappy customer and will not be visiting this branch again.

Made a preorder online for a collection at the Luton, Hatters Way branch. I was are able to track the order statue so I only went to the store once it said it was ready only to be waiting 20mins! I was offered a complimentary cookie for my wasted time.
Food was average tasting with tiny portions. I would not recommend going here.

The whole experience is fantastic in Lombardy Retail Park, Hayes. And the staff Rabia is very thoughtful, respectful and smiling throughout . Will come back again

Norwich branch went Sunday 15th Feb 2026. Several people were returning food as it was cold. I had eaten a couple of bites of my chicken wrap when I realised the chicken was lukewarm and had icy patches. I feel bad complaining I gave a phobia of it, so I discreetly put it in the bin. The staff are very nice though. Unfortunately I had an extremely upset stomach as a result. I just can’t face it after that sadly.

I went today to Chaiwala in.Norbury...very disappointed to see supposed authentic tea coming from a machine!Not authentic at all..Makr better ones at home!!
