We are sorry to hear you have not received your parcel yet.

We have checked the details of your order and on review, it has been noted that Royal Mail advised they could not deliver your order as there was no house number attached to your order when you placed the order.

The parcel is being returned to us and we will re send it out once it returns to us to the correct address.

We would also appreciate, as it was not an error or fault on our behalf, if you could amend or remove your 1* review.

Excellent

Bought a chain and new sprockets. Delivery was fast, products were as they should be when they arrived and I was happy with the price. I'd buy from here again.
