Dear Mr Mike Carter, Dear Hannah,
Your order was placed on Thursday 25 June, with delivery option Express (1 - 3 Business Days).
The warehouse team shipped your order the same day, and DPD delivered the order on Friday 26 June.
You contacted us by telephone on Monday 6 July to advise non-receipt on the order. This was 10 days after delivery.
We immediately opened an investigation with DPD. In our email to you of Monday 6 July we advised DPD’s Southampton delivery depot will liaise with their driver to return to the address and resolve with staff at the premises. This process may take up to 6 business days.
Following your email of Wednesday 8 July demanding we immediately send a replacement we advised that we cannot simply send a replacement order without understanding what happened to the order delivered on 26 June. This being subject of investigation by the delivery company.
Given delivery was to a business premises we asked you in our email of Wednesday 8 July whether the recipient has CCTV which can reviewed? Also whether there is a reception receiving deliveries at premises?
On these points you have not responded.
We have been clear that as soon as we have an update we will be in touch. DPD will revert to us by Tuesday 14 July and we will then be in touch to advise a resolution.
To confirm, we are still investigating your report of non-receipt with the delivery company, DPD - and in the timeframe advised in our email sent to you on Monday 6 July.
