I can't speak highly enough of the service provided by Chartwell. Duncan and Harry were fantastic, giving brilliant advice and support throughout the process. I was left in the lurch by another mortgage provider, and the team worked tirelessly to get my remortgage over the line as soon as quickly as possible. They went the extra mile at every turn and did so with a lot of patience. I'll definitely be back in a few years to remortgage and can highly recommend Chartwell to anyone looking to do the same.

Carl Duffin helped me get a mortgage and did the application a couple of times during the process to get me the best rate.

I would normally organise my own mortgage but the service Carl and the team have given me has been amazing and would use him again when my mortgage comes up for renewal. Because he was very quick and efficient from application to offer, I even passed him on to my buyer. The team have been great at chasing solicitors and getting updates each week.

Matt Jarrett helped us secure a remortgage in somewhat challenging circumstances (significant renovations only partly complete).

I would normally organise mortgages directly with the best priced banks based on my own research but opted to use a broker this time due to being in a less straightforward position.

The whole process was quick and straightforward, we were successful in moving forward with the recommended bank and our remortgage was complete within three weeks despite some snags along the way. In the case the recommended bank wasn't happy with our case, Matt had a plan B ready to move to - bridge funding - which he had explained clearly to us in advance.

Matt kept us up to date and was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Overall I have been extremely happy with the process and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt and Chartwell.

I went to Chartwell Funding Limited for a mortgage as a first-time buyer, and their employee Shaun McCann was extremely helpful in explaining the whole process, offering lots of his time to teach as I knew nothing about mortgages beforehand.

My girlfriend and I recently used Chartwell as our brokers for our first property that was a "Shared Ownership" house.

Firstly, we dealt with Simon who was very considerate and understanding with us trying to digest all the information for the first time. He helped us with finding the right mortgage and % of house we would like to own and could realistically afford.

Then, during the buying process our main point of contact was Star, she went above and beyond to help make the whole process go as smoothly and stress-free as she could. Whenever we needed anything she could help with, Star would be calling or getting in contact with anyone who may be able to help gather any info or speed up the process.

Overall, we were very happy with Chartwell's and would definitely recommend them.
