Can not thank simon and star enough ! Honestly I thought i wouldnt get a mortgage but simon got an acceptance in principle within 1 hours. Then star pushed the paperwork not far from a week after I sent all documentation.

Tristan and Josh have worked extremely hard to get our application processed and approved, as first time buyers myself and my fiancé were in the dark on the processes of buying a home, however before us even viewing properties, we had endless amounts of help and guidance from Tristan which really has made the first part of the process really simple for us. It is nice to deal with a company that has such a professional competency in their field. We have also been speaking with James about life insurance, again, his advice is fantastic, no pushy sales, just clear information so we are able to make a decision on our own, we also appreciate the access to products which we may not be able to get without the assistance of an insurance broker. We exchanged contracts on a flat under construction confident that our modern house would sell quickly. It didn’t! Chartwell Funding came to the rescue with a bridging loan giving us 12 months to sell the house. Daniel, Harry and Mike could not have been more helpful, keeping us informed almost daily as the application progressed. We would recommend them to anyone.

I was in process of looking to buy my first home, I spoke to another mortgage advise company first, who told me I would not be able to get a mortgage through a main stream lender, I’m so glad I called Chartwell and spoke to Tristan who asked in depth questions about my finances and explained everything to me.
