Absolute con artists, scam, stay away! I am amazed it is even legit and they are still in operation! Just one text and they will lure you into a phone call, which will be useless! then it turns our that they have put you on a membership, so will charge you every month without any notice, no emails, no forms, they just directly charge you! Stay away at all cots!

I initially thought this was a bit of a scam as when I tried to talk online to a solicitor, I kept getting a pop up asking me to call as easier at £50 a pop. This is automatically generated I believe and the solicitor will answer in an hour or so. The information I received was concise and helpful. There is a £50 monthly charge if you continue with membership but this stated quite clearly.

I was trying to speak to Citizens Advice Bureau and got directed to this company. Similar to others I have been caught out with the additional £50.
My Banks has to.d me to claim a refund from them but they want to take details of another card to take a so-called fully refundable £5 in order to look at my query.

I nearly used my credit card to pay the initial £5 but I couldn't find anywhere on their website how to cancel the recurring £50 monthly subscription that they would set up. A lucky escape.

They take your bank details and start charging without doing anything. Took 50 euros for a phone call with a solicitor that never happened.

BEWARE! The first payment is £5 but within 3dayys they will have taken another £50 unless you cancel it.

Payed £5 for initial contact which didn't happen, Then twice they have tried to take £50.00 without my consent,Luckily I used a prepaid card and only top it up with exact amounts now and then.So there is nothing to take.Its a complete scam

I asked a question and paid £5 then a few days later they took £50 then immediately tried a second time to take another £50. Fortunately I managed to freeze my card in time. I called them to report this and they said I have only ever been charged £5. This is not true as they now have £55. I have had to raise the issue with my bank. Do not trust this site.

Update…. My bank have just refunded the £50 which was pretty quick. I suspect they know they are up to no good!

Learnt my lesson to look here first. I paid the £5 trial fee and wrote a question. I just got a pop up to talk to a solicitor with a charge of £44. I have not paid it as I then came here and can see the negative reviews. Stay away

I authorised payment of £43 to speak to a solicitor but then the solicitor declined but I have still be charged through my bank, I have been on the website to try to get a refund but have to pay again to speak to anyone, absolute scam in my opinion
