Signed up to Cheaper domains for hosting due to their competitive pricing and the absence of 'bait pricing' where the price increases ridiculously after the first year, which is common with a lot of other hosting providers. Sought help via the chat support and Aaron K. responded instantly and provided outstanding service and support to help me migrate my website and webmail to Cheaper domains. he went above and beyond to assist and make the transition smooth and pain free. Couldn't be happier with the service.

I've been with Cheaper Domains for quite a few years now and the customer service has always been stellar. Aaron is damn amazing with sorting out issues with patience and speed. Probably the best ongoing customer service (always gets my issues resolved) of any business I've ever been with.

The registration process is extemely simple and easy to follow. In addition, following the registration I required certain additional services and support. Aaron Keys of Cheaper Domains provided excellent and precise services as requested achieving 100% satisfactory outcomes. Great experience setting up domain and business email with the chat help Aaron. he was personable, knowledgeable, quick, and just all round great to deal with, even popped into my computer to help me set up a few things after I purchased my plans. after a nightmare experience with go daddy late last week I am glad I looked elsewhere and found these guys. Today 05/02/2024, Aaron on the chat box was fantastic I’m a computer and online bogan and very difficult to understand how to do stuff on the internet but Aaron came through he put up with my frustrations and patiently persevered with me and after an hour or so i managed to do the task with his 100% committed help . Cheaper Domains provides the best customer support to their users. I registered a domain with them a few years ago. There haven't been any issues. They are always responsive to my requests. I'm glad I'm with them for all these years.

Fantastic company to deal with, their sister company Discount Domain Names provides great customer service and technical advice. Well worth what they charge.

I mostly encounter Dan, he is an absolute legend and always happy to help (other staff are just as amazing as well). Having remote access makes everything so much easier. I am not tech savvy at all, having the ability to call (and have someone answer so promptly)
and have the team access your laptop remotely and show you/fix the problem for you, is so incredibly convenient and gives me the chance to get back to business! Thank you guys, really appreciate your work and making my work easier!

The support team helping me set up our Micrsoft 365 has been exceptional. Dan has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I cannot thank Cheaper Domains enough for helping me out.

I was really disappointed when the team allowed me to register a domain first, but later suspended it. It seems like they are only interested in making money. If I was ineligible to register the domain, why did they allow me to do so in the first place? It's disingenuous to first allow registration and then will suspend by just saying you are not allowed to register for this extension. If you were aware then why did you allow me to register? This tactic is dishonest and a terrible way to handle customers' money. cheaperdomains.com.au is engaging in fraudulent behavior that everyone should be aware of. I urge everyone not to trust this company, as they will deceive you by allowing domain registration and then denying it later, without offering a refund. My experience with them was truly disgusting.

Quite unhelpful when something does go wrong. Would NOT recommend to any of my clients.

I recently signed up for a domain name with hosting. I had to get in touch with their phone and live chat team recently and wow am I happy I joined these guys. The support is seriously awesome, They helped me super quickly and took the time to make sure I was on the right path with my site and emails (Thank you Justin & Chris). I couldn't recommend these more than enough if you are looking for a good deal with great aussie service!

Edit: I think the 1 start review from Karen below me just doesn't get it, If you registered your domain name for 10 years then you don't lose those 10 years you can transfer your domain name anywhere but no one will refund you for it just like I can't get a refund for my domain that I've registered for 5 years. I think this is really due to a real lack of knowledge (like all of us) around web development/domains.

Very bad experience with this absolutely not "cheaper" hosting provider. I bought a domain name for 10 years and realised too late that they don't offer basic hosting for landing pages or very small websites with domain purchases like many others. Their cheapest hosting deal is at 160$ a year (which they advertise at 60$ but the SSL certificate alone costs 100$!!!), and I find it very expensive for a basic 3 page website. So I asked if they could reimburse me at least part of the 10 years because I would have to start over with another provider which charges 15$ a year for what I need. They refused over and over again and kept on bragging about the fact that they're in Australia and not overseas. Who cares? They're not selling fruit, they're selling online spaces! They could be from Mars and it wouldn't matter. Anyway, I litterally threw away my money by buying a domain from them.
