Excellent customer service, there were problems with my order and the kind gentleman resolved this efficiently. If only all Companies were as approachable and efficient as these.

This order was placed on 8th December, and not received until 17th - which I accept could be down to the courier, and pressure on the system.

When I placed the order, I applied a discount code, which for some reason was not activated, and when I queried it, I was simply told that I should have clicked "apply" after entering it. As I am used to discount codes, I am certain that I did so. I have paid the full price, and feel that this could have been rectified. If I like the produce, I will try again.

Easy ordering and prompt delivery. I’m adding this to overnight oats and it’s the first chia product that I have found that I like.

told for inconveinence after did not send order but refunded money was promised complmentry 2 sample packs of seeds to compensate is this how the new company will operate

ChiaBia White Chia Seeds is an excellent product which is impossible to get in Dublin stores so I'm very happy I could order it online. Also, the customer service is a first-class, quickly responded to my inquiry and solved the problem immediately. Not to mention the next day delivery! Happy days:))

Excellent service - didn’t have the size I ordered in stock so sent me a larger bag at no extra cost!

I have been adding the Apple and Cinnamon Chia to my breakfast every day for quite some time now, so I couldn’t miss the chance to buy a few packs once it came on sale. It was packaged well and even included a hand written note which I thought was a nice personal touch. I would highly recommend Chi Bia products to anyone.

The product is good I have used it for many years. I hadn't realised when I ordered it that it was being sent for Eire, hence the delivery time very slow.
