Dear Mr Austin,
I am so sorry you are disappointed, as we pride ourselves on our customer service levels.
I can also 100% confirm we have never had any other complaint regarding our ‘very simple’ ordering process.
I am a bit shocked also, in the 7-day period we have liaised, you have sent me varying texts, ranging from
• In your own words “Thanks, I appreciate your efforts; great customer service”
• To then you sending ‘sharp’ then ‘abusive, expletive texts’ DESPITE all of our deliveries being ‘Tracked & Traceable’ so you and I know where they are.
Just to explain, via a timeline of events,
1) Saturday 18.03.23 – you place your order
2) Monday 20.03.23 – we despatch your order (tracked delivery)
3) Wednesday 22.03.23 – at 21.49 pm you send me a ‘sharp’ text saying the trays were not in the package
4) Wednesday 22.03.23 at 23.59 pm – I send you a very apologetic text saying I would send replacement trays the next day (even though I packed your original order and believe the trays were included)
5) Thursday 23.03.23 – we despatch another set of trays (tracked delivery)
6) Saturday 25.03.23 – you send me another text (again very sharp) saying you had not received the trays (even though they are a tracked & traceable delivery and will arrive)
I respond to the text above, offer to send a 3rd set of trays,
7) You then send me an abusive, expletive text.
As you are very aware, Evri have confirmed they have your trays mentioned in point 5)
We genuinely do pride ourselves on our customer service levels, as such, as a token of goodwill and ‘olive branch gesture’ I would like to offer you 50% off any RRP products on our website and FREE delivery for any next order.
I hope the above clarifies things a little more clearly, once again I am sorry you are disappointed.
