Great company, nice people and do an excellent job at a very affordable price.

I’ve used Christopher Plumbing a number of times in the past year, having experienced a few dodgy plumbers before. The telephone enquiries are answered promptly and politely, and if Chloe can’t answer the query then she gets someone more knowledgeable to call back - the same day, usually within an hour. Staff calling to prepare a quotation usually come, within the week ( mostly the next day), and on time - all quotes are then sent from the office the same or next day.
The plumbers who’ve come to the house again have arrived on time, calling beforehand to check it’s still ok. I’ve been so impressed with how polite, careful and tidy they’ve been with all aspects of the jobs they’ve done - changing radiators, moving radiators, servicing boiler.
This company has a great team - you get good service from start to finish! Well done -other companies take note!

We first used Christopher plumbing when 3 other plumbers had told us they couldn't fix a hard to reach leak without removing part of an external wall. Although it was awkward, Christopher plumbing were able to fix the leak without any structural work. We have used them twice since and they are competent, polite, reliable and will go out of their way to help.

I can highly recommend Christopher Plumbing Services as they are very professional, providing excellent customer service, a high level of workmanship at reasonable prices.
They have fixed multiple problems in my bath and shower rooms. What’s more, they arrive at the agreed date and time which is a very rare quality in this business.

We called Christopher plumbing to deal with a failed concealed toilet cistern. Christopher was very happy to offer advice at first but when it was clear a site visit was needed this was done very promptly, a fix was agreed and a second visit quickly resolved the problem. I really appreciate good service like this and will not hesitate to use their services again if the need arises

We recently used Christopher to replace an old, leaking hot water tank. They were available at short notice, communication was excellent, and pricing is based on time spent on the job rather than a fixed price which makes you feel you're getting value for money. Fully recommend.

I recommend Christopher Plumbing Service. I've had them in twice. Once to install a complete toilet and once to replace a cistern. The response has always been very quick and thorough, even suggesting ways I could try and fix it myself at no charge. Plumber has been arranged quickly and the final job has been very professional.

I called Christopher Plumbing about a leaking bath waste/pop up plug and they sent someone around within the hour. The pricing was clear. Chap that arrived very polite and professional in appearance and manner. Explained clearly what he would do and then got on with it. No fuss and fixed within half an hour. Very efficient company. Prompt and professional service. First call answered promptly and efficiently, representative turned up as and when promised and installation of an electric shower accomplished without fuss. On the basis of my experience, would highly recommend this company.

I have now used Christopher Plumbing a couple of times after they were recommended to me by someone else and I can’t rate them highly enough. One time was during the Arctic weather we had, I called in a panic regarding an issue with my boiler. Chris answered the phone right away and told me not to worry, calmly explained the likely solution and arranged a prompt appointment, bending over backwards to fit me in soonest. I subsequently received an email confirming the appointment and an estimated likely cost. Tom came out to fix it, he turned up on time, was courteous, explained the problem, and then fixed it. He also spotted another potential problem which would have meant another call out for me had he not noticed it and having checked me with me first, he then sorted that too.
Chris helped me another time when I called late afternoon when my boiler wasn’t working and showing a fault. Chris answered the phone right away (as he always does) and calmly talked me through resolving the boilers low pressure over the phone and said there was an appointment there for me next day if I needed it but he was pretty sure the problem would now be resolved. (Which it was.) Thank you so much Chris! Exceptional service from Christopher Plumbing, they answer the phone, are courteous and helpful, turn up on time and they go the extra mile! 100% recommended.

We had a crisis, just before Xmas, Boiler decided it didn't want to be a boiler anymore.

Christopher Plumbing attended when they said they were going to, incredibly polite engineers, clearly well trained, diagnosed the issue (boiler knackered!). Quote provided, installed and commissioned all before Xmas!!
