No treatment 10 mins late. UTTER SHITE

Despite being a patient of this surgery [long before the change of location], since about a month after being born, I am now repeatedly treated like dirt. This, despite the fact that I am, old, disabled and not in particularly good health. Their latest show of contempt towards me, is to no longer send anyone to take blood tests, at my home. The reason given, being, is that because I own a car, it means there is no reason for me not go to the surgery. This, despite me telling them on a number of occasions that I bought the car in 2011 [FOURTEEN years, in September], at a time when I was still able to use it to go to places, such as shops. A couple of years or so years after I had bought it, [it is an automatic, as even then, I was no longer able to operate a clutch pedal], my mobility gradually worsened, until it eventually got to a stage, when this [going to shops] was no longer possible. I have also told them on a number occasions, that the ONLY reason I use it for now, is to go out on long drives in the countryside. There is NO getting out, to walk around. All of this, made absolutely no difference. What makes it worse, is the fact that there are a number of nurses who had previously visited, who have witnessed my mobility problems, first-hand. As things stand now, I just have to hope that problem that I had, which caused me to require regular blood tests, doesn't resurface. If it does, and it remains untreated, there is a very good chance that I probably won't survive. To add insult to injury, one of the doctors also appears to have lied, by insisting that a number of telephone calls to me, went unanswered. When I challenged them on this [absolutely NO calls were received on my phone, as it had been in my pocket for hours, as I wanted to make sure that I was able to answer the call], the manager of the surgery insisted that the doctor was telling the truth. I then asked for the recordings of the supposed calls, to be provided to me. They agreed to do this, but in the end, not only were they not sent, follow-up emails about them, were ignored. Of course, the reason why none were sent, is because they do NOT exist. It now appears that there have now been TWO people at the surgery, lying to me. Oh, almost forgot. The manager, also committed a data breach. [Complaint to ICO, ongoing.]

Anyway, an official complaint has been filed [Ombudsman], so I will just have to see what happens. Don't really fancy my chances, as power and influence always seems to come out on top, in these type of cases, but there you go.

UPDATE: As expected, the Ombudsman sided with them. Not only ignored every single thing that I said, they also apparently decided that telling lies is perfectly acceptable, if the occasion calls for it [against annoying plebs, for example]. So much for their impartiality, claim.
