I dealt directly with one member of staff for my application process, Pamela Gaba, and from the initial phone call regarding my interest in working for clarity up to now, it has been fantastic.
It's easy to contact staff outside of typical 9-5 office hours. Emails, texts, calls are replied to promptly. I find the whole process with Clarity easy and amazing.

Great company to work for. Any questions I had were answered and there was always someone available to talk to if I had any queries. Easy and efficient sign up. The app for clarity was very up to date and had shifts available for me every week to work. All details about the shift were available on the app. Enjoyed working with clarity.

A bad incidence happened while working and there was no support or communication to fix the issue.

Staff are always very pleasant to deal with and quick to reply to any requests or queries. Platform is very easy to use.

The staff have continued to be incredibly helpful throughout my journey from first contact with them to regular working. There are a good number of available shifts to choose from, and I am very happy with my experience.

Easy and efficient signing up procedure! Any questions or queries are addressed and answered/resolved very quickly. You have one person that you can contact which eliminates you getting lost in the system which happens with other agencies.

Payroll works well and I’m always paid on time. They even contacted me when I forgot to put my payslip in !!
