Do not pay sick pay even if medical certificate submitted and are charged if another loccum needs to be sourced to fill a legitimate illness slot. Charged cancellation fee if cancel shifts even though they regularly cancel shifts as ‘pharmacy no longer needs cover on that day’ etc and do not compensate for this.

Now I might just switch to using Clarity than locate a locum . But would appreciate if the interface on clarity could include company name when looking at shifts

My app isn’t working properly all my bookings keep disappearing since last Thursday this still hasn’t been rectified

I travel for this shift is 140km but this pay is good and there is no cancellation occurred. Proper communication with client.i am so happy with this agency

Easy shifts bookings and very quick to confirm shifts booked. Always available to assist and answer any problems.

A great support from the back end ( the office) and also working in a client area where team work ,respect , genuity and professionalism is been promoted.

The company gave me directions as well as entry codes to the doors .I also got the all documents before starting the shift

Overall, I appreciate the option of weekly pay — that is a positive and helpful feature.

However, I do have concerns regarding the cancellation policy for sick leave. I do not think it is reasonable to require three days’ notice or face a charge if someone is unwell. If I am sick, I am sick, and I should be able to step away from work without being penalised. Illness is not something that can be planned in advance.

I also believe there should be a cap on the amount charged in these circumstances. On one occasion, when I had the flu, I was charged €256, which had to be deducted from my next paycheck. This left me with almost nothing to live on that week, which was very difficult.

Additionally, I feel that pay rates should reflect experience. I have over 15 years of experience and have built strong professional relationships with most of the pharmacies I have worked with. I believe my rate should reflect that level of experience and the value I bring.

I have also been offered significantly higher rates by other companies for the same work, which makes the current rate somewhat confusing to me.

Good management and staff also well organise and a large space for free parking. They also off free lunch for all workers.
