In space of a week I have 3 shifts where I did not get paid the amount as was offered even though I had a screenshot as a prove, the response I got that we are sorry but we can’t do anything about it.
Since May I have very few shifts available, this week and next there is nothing, I emailed you again asking if that is normal for the month as I only started working for the company and I have no experience with system. I got answer that we can not predict shifts.
Now I’m worry about my income and have to start looking for a permanent job.

Laura was so helpful with the entire application process. She checked in with me on a regular basis. She guided me with the necessary documentation I needed to upload. She followed up with me after starting my role to check how I was doing.

The Clarity app is easy to use. Once you submit your shifts you are prompted to verify them at end of each shift
Weekly payroll is very efficient.
If you have any queries re payments or shifts the team is prompt in responding to you.

Could improve cancellation policy.

No feedback on employers on why they reject an offer. No communications from the agency on what goes wrong and I had to waste hours to figure out what has gon wrong

Overall, they’re really helpful and easy to work with but a few months ago my point of contact got changed and I’ve been having the same issue over and over again with the staff down for county Wexford. Whenever I need to negotiate a rate once they’ve been approved clarity staff forgets to book it straightaway. Therefore, I end up not being to book the shift.

I’ve tried to get this problem fixed but they just say that more shifts would appear which I think is not a good way to solve the issue.
