I WANT TO TELL MY STORY TO WARN ALL DISABLED PEOPLE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY.
I HAVE HAD DEALINGS WITH HIS COMPANY FOR 3 PLUS YEARS AND THE ONLY PEOPLE WHOM I AM GRATEFUL TO ARE SHAUN GLYNN AND AMANDA THE SENIOR MANAGERS ARE A DISGRACE AND SHOULD BE NO WHERE NEAR DISABLED PEOPLE THE 1ST SIGN OF TROUBLE THEY RUN FOR THE HILLS
I HAVE A ROOF TOP BOX ON MY CAR AND A HOIST IN THE BACK SOME MONEY SPENT ON IT AND YOUD HAVE THOUGHT YOUD HAVE GOTTEN THE AFTER SERVICE BUT HOW WRONG OVER AN 18 MONTH PERIOD THE ROOF TOP BOX FAULTED DAILY OPENED UP OF ITS OWN ACCORD ON THE MOTORWAY CAUSING MAJOR DAMAGE TO ANOTHER CAR AND ALL THE WHILE VIRTUALLY EVERY OTHER WEEK I WAS GOING BACK TO THE DEALER AND NOT GETTING ANYWHERE FAST FORWARD I WENT MYSELF DIRECTLY SOME TIME LATER TO THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE THE BOX AND THEY REPLACED WITH WITH NO ISSUES SO ALL THAT SUFFERING ALL THAT DAMAGE FOR NOTHING
THE DAMAGE WAS DIRECTLY CAUSED BY THE BOX BUT THE DEALER USED OR TRIED TO USE EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK TO NOT FORFILL THERE OBLIGATIONS THANK GOODNESS FOR THE BOX MAKER.
I WROTE A REVIEW OUTLINING MATTERS LAST OCTOBER AND STRAIGHT AWAY HAD FEED BACK THAT THE DEALER DID NOT WANT ANYTHING MORE TO DO WITH ME.
OF COURSE IT WAS A WAY OUT FOR THEM OR SO THEY THOUGHT. AS THEY HAD BEEN PAID BY MOTABILITY FOR THE BOX AND HOIST THEY WERE OBLIGATED TO DEAL WITH ME AND IN THE SPIRIT OF A NEW START I AGREED TO TAKE MY REVIEW DOWN WHICH I REGRET DOING AS I FELT BULLIED INTO IT.
I WAS ASSURED THIS WAS A NEW START AND FROM THERE ON ITS BEEN OK NO FURTHER ISSUES OR HASSLES UNTIL I HAD TO ARRANGE A TRANSFER OF THE BOX AND HOIST TO MY NEW CAR. I ATTENDED THIS COMPANY IN THE MORNING THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS OK WAS ASSURED IT WAS ALL ORDER TO THEN ONLY TO BE TOLD IN THE AFTERNOON THE SAME DAY THAT IT WAS A NO AGAIN THERE SENIOR MANAGEMENT DID NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH ME.
SO AT A GREAT PUT OUT I HAD TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE WHOS DONE AN EVEN BETTER JOB AND WHO I WOULD RECOMMEND TO THE HILT. THERE CALLED ABLE TO ENABLE OF YORK THEY ARE TOP RANGE.
THE MORAL TO THE STORY IS SIMPLE THIS FIRM ARE SHAMS THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE AS STATED THEY DO NOT CARE AND DP NOT RESOLVE ISSUES AND TELL PEOPLE LIES ABOUT YOU THAT ARE SIMPLY NOT TRUE
MY ADVICE IS STAY WELL AWAY

This specialist mobility company fitted a front passenger turnaround seat in our wheelchair accessible vehicle at there Oughtibridge Sheffield head office/Workshop facility
Outstanding levels of customer service!
Job done professionally full demonstration after fitting……they even offered to take me to where I wanted whilst my vehicle was having the work carried out!
I had a trip on the bus instead there are bus stops right near the workshop/Showroom
All in all lovely committed staff easy to get to with good transport links
Many thanks to Shaun and Glyn, and the lovely lady in the showroom who gave me a drink.

Never had a personal wheel chair voucher before, thus company at Sheffield went above and beyond to male sure transaction went smoothly. Had a few family issues at the time they held on to my chair till I was able to pick up and pay for it. Had a mix up on where the show of the chair was but still worth the wait for the technician to show up at the shop, was fun at times but very professional people. Thank you Martin (tec guy) Mandy and Katrina (receptionist)

Had this company to put right a wrong done by another company who fitted a wetroom . The work and commitment was first class .The quickest way to review this company is just to say 10/10 . The boys came did what needed doing in quick time .great job well done.
