Derek helped wirh the start of the process, and when the offer was accepted Irene took over and guided us through to the end. She has been invaluable and we cannot thank her enough. She was always at the end of a call or email, explaining what was happening and advising us accordingly. Irene has great patience and understanding, nothing was a bother to her, she had our best interests at heart and worked tirelessly on our behalf. Would recommend 💯.

A good number of years ago I used the services of Clark Boyle for a house purchase and all went smoothly. Very recently, however, I had cause to seek their assistance on a matter relating to that house purchase (an official document which I couldn't find). I'm pleased to say that Clark Boyle responded speedily to my requests for assistance in tracking down the lost document.
