Missing Order but payment taken
Placed an order online on 26/11/2023. They have taken payment, but I have not received an order confirmation email and there is no trace of my order on my account, and no order has been received!
I emailed customer services on 01/12/2023 making them aware of the issue and a week later I am still waiting for a response. I am currently on hold listening to the same song on repeat hoping that a resolution can be made. Frustrated as I have used them previously a few years ago and didn't have any problems.

Do not use there website waste of space no support assistance whatsoever via phone support or contact form duplicated my order phoned up first thing next morning to be told they cannot cancel an order as there systems do not allow this to be done this company is a joke on line cannot even lodge a complaint as nowhere to do so avoid if you don’t want hassle even though I followed web instructions .

FRAUD - CANNOT RETURN -DO NOT USE
You can return via Ervi ALLEGEDLY but Evri send out QR codes and barcodes that are not recognised and you CANNOT SPEAK TO HUMANS at Evri to resolve. Am now stuck with boots that do not fit and in effect have had £59 stolen by Clarks Outlet. Have had these boots before and ordered same size but these online ones are clearly seconds as they are far narrower than the shop bought ones. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY.
It got sorted in the end
I had a problem with the website the day I ordered but I got my order in and paid for Evri two day delivery . But the day it was due I’d had not notifications from either Clark’s or Evri . I contacted Clark’s to find out if the order was coming as I was going away the next day! Something went wrong and while I was away Clark’s gave me a full refund but by then I’d received my order . But eventually it got sorted . I’m delighted with my new boots even though there was some sort of system breakdown , but like I say I got me boots and I’m really happy with them !!! So one problem won’t stop me buying again from them!

I ordered 1 pair of adult shoes and 1 pair of adult boots. After seeing the shoes in store and not having my size I went looking for them online.
I came across Clarks Outlet and happily ordered them at a very good price (same as sales in store). The set up of my account and order confirmation was very slow which let me to think if this was a shell site and scam. I looked the reviews on trustpilot and got even more concerned.
However, apart from the delay in the initial email communication which was of about 4 hours, after that it was a BREEZE. Evri delivered on the second working day post ordering. The shoes are perfect and as ordered. Very happy customer. Thank you Clarks xx
Wrong pair of shoes sent
Wrong pair of shoes sent, contacted them straight away, said they could not send a replacement, they’d have to refund the wrong pair and i’d have to place a new order. I placed the new order several days ago and they’ve still not been dispatched despite me contacting them asking if they could please send them out quickly due to the delay caused by their error. In that time, I’ve managed to take the wrong pair to the Evri drop off point to be returned to them, there’s no valid reason why in 2023 it takes them so long to despatch an item and why they cannot just send a replacement out is beyond me.
Following on from this, today I’ve received the ‘replacement’ shoes, again they have sent the exact same pair they did last time despite apparently putting a note on the system to check them before dispatching them.

Don't bother if you think you might need a refund
Seriously, don't bother. I would have left zero stars if possible. The last 2 items bought had to be returned and I have had to fight tooth and nail to get one refund, still waiting 2 months later for the second. Phone calls and emails get the same excuses and stalling tactics. Absolutely appalling.
Fitted like a glove
Bought two pairs which fitted like a glove and at a substantial discount to the shop price.
Misleading descriptions and images on website
First off I haven’t got anything bad to say about the shoes I ordered, I always love Clarks shoes and they always fit my daughter perfectly. My issue is with the fact that I ordered my daughter a pair of trainers which stated in the description that they lit up which I thought was super cute and the photo had the little lights on. When they arrived they had no lights in so I emailed the outlet email and asked if I just got an incorrect pair and they emailed my back stating that they weren’t incorrect that they REMOVE the lights so they could be sold for outlet which I think is wrong, I think items shouldn’t be altered for Outlet just because they’re cheaper…I just thought they were cute and perfect for holiday but some people can’t afford full price. So I said advised their website is misleading and they advised “they’d review the description and images” 2 months later nothing has changed so the shoes are the “Giggle Up Toddler” so if you’re looking at getting them…they don’t light up! They are super cute shoes so I did keep them but just would have been nice to get when I paid for and what was advertised on their website.
Poor service
Sent wrong size shoes for my son who needed them for school, their response was pretty much f you, don't care, not our problem, after they are returned you can reorder. I need them this week ! Very poor service
Items dispatched quickly but refund required patience and good communication
Bought 2 pairs as first trial with Clarks Outlet and learnt that the quality is not the same as products bought in stores. Worse that I had to return 1 pairs but no refund received yet.
Updated 6/6/2023: emailed customer service and 1 week later received a refund despite of returned items still remained at the Evri store where I dropped them off.

Ordered shoes after unsuccessful order from next and experienced similar issue! Sandals didn’t arrived got stuck with Evri who told me to contact Clark’s customer service (which was good enough the lady offered me refund and said it will be done in 5/7 days so fingers crossed as per bottom reviews i am worried now). Also I did ordered things from outlet before and never had an issue , did returns as well. So it took me by surprise that shoes never arrived. I suppose this is not exactly their fault more Evri.

Item arrived within a few days, all good. Was reluctant to order due to others bad experiences but needed a pair of reasonably smart shoes on the cheap for an upcoming occasion and found a bargain pair so felt was worth the gamble, happy days.

I ordered a pair of boots online and they arrived with one boot size 4 and the other size 4.5. I did not realise this until I wore them once for a short while. Having raised a complaint through the online system I waited a week to be told that I had to return the boots to a Clarks store. My nearest store is 62 miles away and I don’t feel the 124 mile round trip worth the trouble so I will just bin the boots as they are not even fit for a charity shop.

Order a pair of shoes and was not happy, so returned them the next day using Evri (free return).
Evri might have lost it and the tracking says to contact the retailer for a replacement or refund.
I tried calling them but no answer for 45 minutes, emailed them but no response at all.
Now, I am not sure but initiated a chargeback from my credit card. Let's see what happens.
But this is really frustrating and feels like they are not approachable.
Well, I would advise you all not to buy from them as they are absent from their customer/after-sales service.

I wish I read reviews before purchase. Returned products but no refund. That's the case for my 2 separate orders with 4 pairs of shoes. End up more expensive than full price in store. I highly recommend you don't use their website it's a scam. Nobody answer the phone or email.
No response or refund
I returned my pair of shoes in original box and condition and now impossible to reach clarksoutlet by phone. No confirmation of receipt of the return or refund even though it has been delivered by Evri. If i have read the reviews before, I would never ever make any orders via Clarksoutlet.co.uk, it is so high risk to buy and takes ages to chase them for the refund.
