I sent a pair of shoes back and like other customers I’m still waiting for my refund after 21 days. Really bad customer service, they don’t reply to emails and when they do ask silly questions like what have you returned, even though previous emails clearly advise them of order number, items etc.
I’ve now threatened to start a charge back from my credit card.
Will never buy from Clark’s Outlet again, buyers beware or even better don’t.

Sent some shoes back to Clark’s outlet for a full refund and I am still waiting.....over 21 days later!! There is no number to contact them and they’re using Covid as an excuse. Will not be buying from here again.

I had a very good experience of this website. Got some loafers for my dad that were on sale. Got a text saying Hermes are delivering and timescales. Then it arrived. Saw photo by email where they left it. Even comes with a free return label. Love this site and the quality of the shoes are great. My sister even bought 5 pairs. Will buy again for sure.

I thought I would give them a second chance after my last unavailable experience And yes Calks outlet is not any better . Customer Service unbelievable and refund process takes forever even after emailing and no reply conformation to customers of receiving returned item yet . I have definitely learned my lesson the hard way . Never again will I use this site. As you can see from the 1 star rating Clark’s are receiving on Trustpilot.

Bought a range of shoes in two different sizes in the sale as the prices were a huge saving. Awaiting delivery before I decide which are ‘keepers’. So easy to return to store so a bit of a no-brainer at those prices. Brilliant quality and they even refunded me part of the cost as I missed out on a ‘20% off offer’…..excellent customer service!!

Thanks to Candice(Clarks Customer Care) who resolved a promo voucher, to my benefit, in 24 hours. So kind and thoughtful. I find that Clarks shoes(extra wide in my case) are the only ones, short of purpose made, that consistently fit my feet perfectly, 99% most times. Why would I shop or buy elsewhere, when I have the option at Clarks to go 'up the scale' in quality and price, to achieve Top Notch footwear. Returns are easy and speedy with delivery as fast as Amazon.....:) :) Thanks from a very happy customer.

I've previously ordered from Clarks Outlet with no problems, but this experience is going less well! I'm trying to return some items, but on two visits to Hermes drop-off shops, the returns labels have not scanned so the parcels were not accepted. I've now resorted to booking a less than convenient 12 hour collection slot with Hermes. There is no phone number to call either.

This has really put me off ordering from them again - I would only order something if you are certain you won't need to return it.

Update - Hermes collected the shoes, and my money has been refunded. Would have been more convenient to have been able to drop them off, but this method worked.

Purchase boys shoes on line from Clarks outlet the shoes did not fit so sent them back with the return label supplied by Clarks Hermes collected the shoes but they now say they are lost, as their contract is with Clarks they will not help, Clarks have not even acknowledge receipt of my 3 Emails.

Avoid at all costs

I returned shoes brought from Clarks outlet unfortunately I have not received a refund or reply to emails chasing up the refund it has been over a month I will not be purchasing anything from here again!

Waiting for a refund on items that were returned on the 22nd April. Why is the wait so long when usually it's a 3-5 day refund process? If you can email people to say you've received the returned items, then why can't you process the refund at that point!! The email stated refund in 14 days- it's not in my account.
People shouldn't have to contact you to get their money back when you have the returned items. It's absolutely ridiculous.

As a new customer I was offered a 10% discount on my first order via an on line code to be used at checkout, this didn’t work & I was charged the full amount, I emailed customer services & was sent a prompt response, explaining why this could have happened & refunding the 10% discount, the email was polite & courteous, I love my shoes & I love the customer service, will definitely be ordering again.

I had a problem with the amount I was charged online compared to the amount on the sticker on the shoe I received. I telephoned Clarks and the problem was solved within one e-mail correspondence. They were polite and professional throughout, a refreshing experience these days. Thank you.

After reporting a problem with a zip on boots I bought two months previously I received a full refund and apology, what more can you ask for!

I phoned to complain about a poor heel in a slipper I had bought 11 months previously.
A young man was very helpful, asked me to email photos of slipper and my credit card statement showing purchase.
I did so and within 48 hours received an email saying the majority of my payment would be refunded.
Extremely good Customer service.

My Clarkes slippers were too big so I sent them back for a refund, my refund went through and into my account 3 weeks later, I recieved an email saying so, in the small print it does say refunds can take 28 days, so be patient it will turn up eventually, dont worry.

Really really fed up. 5 emails sent to Clarks with no response. Eventually got through to Clarks customer services on the phone only to be told to ring a different number. I then rang the number given and a message says they aren’t taking calls at the moment!! Can’t message via Twitter either. What is going on??? I got a pair of boots from Clarks for Christmas which were faulty since day 1. So now I’ve got a pair of boots that can’t be worn and no reply from Clarks. Honestly this is appalling behaviour by a well established brand. I won’t buy from them again and will be telling everyone not to do so either. I will also be leaving this review elsewhere. I have been shopping with Clarks for nearly 30 years but no more.

I never received my Clarks shoes order, but thankfully Candice at Clarks customer care was amazing! Candice refunded my entire order (it couldn't be replaced unfortunately as the shoes were in the sale and no longer available). By way of an apology and as a gesture of goodwill, Candice also gave me a generous discount voucher off my next order, valid for 2 years.
Candice is a breath of fresh air - cheerful, helpful and a credit to the company - hope she is rewarded for her refreshing, friendly and humorous approach. Thank you Candice!

Wrong sized shoes delivered. Able to return, despite not having a returns label, and good will voucher received. Candice at Customer services couldn’t have been more helpful, a credit to Clarks.

Ordered size 9 shoes. Box said size 9 but the shoes were size 8. Candice was very swift in sorting this error out and sent me a 25% discount code with free next day delivery.
