My mistake.
Very fast delivery, carry handle is great, light weight pressure hose which is easy to disconnect, product works exactly as described.
I, in error, believed a more expensive machine would be more powerful, higher pressure, higher flow. Sadly not the case. Still a nice pressure washer.

Prior to purchasing, I asked a question about the item specification which was answered promptly.
When the first item arrived it was damaged. I called their telephone number which was answered straight away. I sent some pictures and was offered a discount, or replacement. The damaged machine was collected quickly and the new one sent straight away.
