We’ve had a terrible experience with Cleartone. When we first spoke with one of their representatives, Farhan, he promised that all our phone line issues would be resolved. He also said he would send us a setup guide, a video, and arrange a call to explain how the system works. None of that ever happened.

It’s been months now, and our issues remain unresolved. To make matters worse, we’ve been receiving calls from customers meant for another business that’s somehow linked through Cleartone. This has caused confusion and disruption to our operations.

The only time Cleartone responds is when we mention adding more phone lines. Otherwise, our messages are completely ignored. The lack of professionalism, communication, and follow-up has been extremely frustrating.

We’ve now decided to leave Cleartone and have requested a full refund. We would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

They couldn't set me up issues their end.. Poor communication and irresponsive to emails. The tech guy was plain arrogant. Its been over a month now that I cancelled the service (within 30day trial) and am still awaiting my refund.

Cleartone are the best 0800 service I have used. I am with them now & I plan to be with them long term.

Whatever anyone else is saying that doesn’t seem positive… PLEASE ensure that those comments are not from communication companies trying to seem better than Cleartone.

In all honesty, Cleartone communications might be the conglomerate at this stage, their assistance is far better than any other 0800 number service I attempted to go with before speaking with them & yes I shopped around to find the best company.

Just lied with made up services and promises been 3 months and still haven’t even got a landline no or anything from them at all yet they took full payment for the year upfront
