I returned a foundation bc the color did not work for me. I returned it immediately almost 3 days after I received it. 2 months later , I have still not gotten a refund. I used the return slip and tracking number that cledepeau already included in the box . The package was obviously lost somewhere between Ohio and Indiana and kept going back and forth within the FedEx area there. I kept calling the customer service as to why they still haven’t provided me my refund. After 2 months of assuring me that they can see through the tracking number that it will be coming soon to their location and that, then I will receive my refund , they’re now telling me that they will not give refund to the customer who has already been refunded before. Though that other refund was from another order (again a foundation & concealer), that I also immediately returned bc it is not the right shade for me , and decided to purchase another foundation shade. What I am beyond disgusted that they told me (Manuel), will not honor refund to customer plainly bc the package was lost in the FedEx route (which they’re the ones who have agreement with) and if it happened twice , (FedEx lost your return package twice ), you’re out of luck as they consider it at it as the customer fault.
They have no accountability and zero customer care. I am yet to receive my $150 refund from a foundation that I immediately retuned.
Update * After I wrote this review last week .. I tried to call them back today and addressed this issue again. Somehow , the customer service supervisor suddenly approved me the refund.
