I recomend anyone who needs there locks doin to come here and use theese they was here in less then an hour very friendly and very quick also the best price ive seen so far verry nice people

George Preda has done a very good job fixing a lock on our door.

He has been very patient as well as the environment in which he had to fix the door was not a usual one.

So I will really commend his patience and time taken out to fix the handle locks well.

George was wonderful. Great perseverance. Lovely chap. Will use again. Great beard.

Quick arrival, George was super helpful and able to get the door open quickly after arrival, with a couple of methods he was able to try and success on the first one!

Was here within half an hour. Cost me £150 though which was a lot. But at least I’m in the house quickly which was what I needed

Awful and rude. Got locked out and was quoted £49 provided they didn’t have to change or drill anything - no issue. When the guy came he started picking the lock then stopped and said it would be £120. I explained I was quoted £49 and he said that’s just for the call out but no way does it cost £70 for 2 seconds of him picking the lock as a “small labour charge”.
I then called back the original number and asked about pricing again and the woman now wouldn’t give a straight answer about how much things cost then after going back and forth for a little she hung up and blocked me🤪
Called her back again off a friends phone and firstly she said it was £59 for the call out instead of £49 - then still wouldn’t give a straight answer on how much it would cost despite me being very clear what the issue was - but, never got my answer because when she figured out it was me again she hung up and blocked that number too!

Andy was just amazing quick and reasonable especially when I was struggling!!! Respect!
