Warning! Predatory Practices at Work - Stay Away!

Warning: Predatory Practices at Work - Stay Away!

If you’re considering working with this company, I strongly urge you to think again. They operate on predatory lending practices designed to take advantage of unsuspecting consumers. Luckily, I always read every agreement and scrutinize the fine print to protect my hard-earned money and business.

Here’s what happened: we were looking to purchase a new trailer priced at $11,400. We were approved for $15,000, which initially seemed promising. However, when they sent the rates via email, it was immediately clear this was a complete scam. The fees and terms were absolutely outrageous and raised every red flag imaginable. This wasn’t a loan at all but a predatory lease-to-own program.

Their offer? $879 per month for 24 months—do the math, and that’s a jaw-dropping $21,096. Why would anyone in their right mind pay nearly double the price for the same equipment? It’s absurd, illogical, and downright exploitative. Unfortunately, people who don’t pay attention or feel pressured into a deal might fall victim to these tactics.

This company preys on emotional buyers who are so focused on getting their purchase that they don’t stop to analyze the financial implications. They’re counting on you not to read the agreement or ask the right questions. But don’t be fooled. Do your homework. Check reviews on Trustpilot, BBB, Reddit, or anywhere else—and you’ll find countless complaints about their predatory practices. It’s shocking that businesses like this are still allowed to operate.

For anyone considering their lease program, there’s no benefit. They don’t report to any business credit bureaus, so it won’t help your credit. All it will do is drain your wallet and put you and your business in financial jeopardy.

We declined their absurd offer and are paying cash for a trailer instead—still shopping for the best deal, but at least we’re doing it the right way. My advice: if you don’t have the cash to pay off a purchase within 5 months, don’t do it. Save your money, wait, and avoid signing anything until you fully understand the terms.

You have been warned. Always read your agreements carefully. Don’t fall into their trap of overpaying for nothing. Use tools like AI or financial calculators to analyze your situation logically before making any decisions. Protect yourself, protect your business, and steer clear of this company.

I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone.

AS A FORMER EMPLOYEE IN UTAH I HAVE…

AS A FORMER EMPLOYEE IN UTAH I HAVE WITNESSED THE FOLLOWING.

They use STOLEN identity to fund accounts, then ask people to add secondary on account MASKING stolen ids.

They hired me as a felon and held that over my head for their wrong doings.

They treat customers as less than, behind their backs, they not only MAKE FUN of customers but also discriminate customers who have medical conditions “ one time supervisor asked me jokingly to request medical records from a customer who could not pay at the time”

In training they teach us how to shake customers down for money in a non human/caring way.

They have their call center in Costa Rica for a reason.

They fired me after I entered a serious complaint .

RUN RUN RUN !!!

CONFIDENTIALITY DOESNT APPLY TO CRIMES/WRONG DOINGS!

They address customers in their system as ROSE once again deliberately hiding the true identity of the customers in their system.

For example a person stolen ID of person called Josh Robin Smith, a female uses name Robin when calling in when you look at the ID it’s an African American male senior citizen who is 79 years old and not the female, yes THEY FUND ACCOUNTS JUST LIKE THAT!

I have reported it to the attorney general in Utah because I have come acrossed way too many accounts like that!

They deliberately ask us to LIE to customers to tell customers that DMV is running behind and don’t have license plates yet - they ask us to tell customers that our “Tittle and Registration department”is working on their case to get their license plates when in reality we don’t have anybody working on anything as this department don’t even exist and consist of a couple of people sitting around their desks clueless of what should be done and most of the time will only LIE to get more time out of customers.

They build new profiles on top of stolen identities as “ secondary account users” totally masking the stolen ids used to fund accounts. So if you use stolen id to open account and call in later and say you are adding someone else as a secondary user, you provide the new info like date of birth, name etc voiala with the help of ClickLease you just not only committed a crime but also illegally got funding!!!

In theory they say not to use cellphones to protect customers identity within the company but EVERYONE DOES USE IT OPENLY, including myself. I have witnessed people taking pictures of computer monitor where “customer’s information” were stored, needless to say they could care less as long as you do as you’re told 🤫

They DO NOT report to credit bureaus so they can stay under the radar!

I saw many practices in their that made me scared for my life in dealing with them, this is going unnoticed!

THAT’S THE CLICK WAY!!!

PS: This is my honest truthful review, this is my freedom of speech based on the horrible experience that I had at that place. This is not a defamation of character by any means, this is my freedom of speech and my experience based on true facts and events that took place and are still going unaddressed .

Freedom of speech is a fundamental human right that allows individuals to express their opinions, ideas, and beliefs without fear of censorship or retaliation from the government or other entities. It is a cornerstone of democratic societies and is protected by various international human rights treaties and national constitutions.

The core principle of freedom of speech is that individuals should be able to freely express themselves on matters of public interest, engage in political discourse, and criticize those in power without fear of punishment. This includes the right to express unpopular, controversial, or even offensive views, as long as they do not directly incite violence or harm.

However, freedom of speech is not absolute, and there are some exceptions and limitations. For example, most countries prohibit speech that directly incites violence or hatred against protected groups, defamation, or the disclosure of certain types of sensitive information. These limitations are generally put in place to balance the right to free expression with other important social and individual interests.

They will make you think is a loan

They will make you think is a loan, when is not and they charge you 100%plus taxes that they will not tell you from the beginning, they will squeeze all they can from you. Their contract is not clear and doesn't show any amount of the money they landed you, only the monthly payments and number of months. That's all you get in that contract and then a bunch of non-senses. It's a SCAM, don't bite into it! Horrible people and very unprofessional!

DON'T DO IT IT'S A TRAP - Predatory - Lease not Loan - 100% + mark up

WELL... here we go. I'm a business owner and I do a lot of math in a day.. I got toward the end of the Docusign and I noticed math not adding up. So I called for better understanding... ALL I FOUND WAS BIDENOMICS... I got approved for 15k but only needed $6.500. They said $299 for application fee after signing. I had 3 payment options. I chose the middle and leasing was going to be $268 and some change PER MONTH for 45 months. (they termed it 48 months and after 45 months there was a $786ish dollar equipment buyout - this of course was for month 47 and 48 I was told) ... So BIG BRAIN TIME the end total for a $6500 loan was going to cost me just over 13K. (insert scratched record) I had also asked what happens if I pay it off early and she said that I was responsible for the entire just over 13k lease agreement no matter what. I asked her to explain the math and she hung up on me..... and they didn't want to answer the phone when I called back. They also encouraged me to not sign it and let it hang out for 30 days...! I clicked declined to sign through DOCUSIGN. CLEARLY they don't care and this is their business predatory scam with BIDENOMICS practice.

Join our class action

Clicklease engages in predatory lending practices, and their contract terms are unclear and overly simplistic. When I called to inquire about paying off my equipment loan today, I was informed that I would still be required to pay a total of $20,000 for a $10,000 loan, even though I have already paid $7,000. I requested the signed document outlining these terms, but the company was unable to provide it. These practices are both illegal and detrimental to honest business owners. I am in New York State and would like to connect with others who are interested in taking legal action against them. If you're interested in joining our class action lawsuit, please send an email to clickleaseclassaction @ gmail . com outlining your case.

Absolute scammers and thieves

Absolute scammers and thieves. How do I take a "loan" from ya'll around $13K, make around 6-8 payments already and you say I need $19K to pay it off? Please explain the math to me on that one. I get interest and all but if I want to pay off what I have left, you should not be tacking on another $6K or whatever. That is just ridiculous. I should have done more research and hope that after you read this review, go somewhere else for a loan.

We bought a table saw through Grizzley…

We bought a table saw through Grizzley and Grizzley recommended this company. Our equipment was $2528.00 we have made 11 payments of $123.16 with an initial payment of $199.00. I have tried and tried to get someone to answer and never could finally I pushed button for equipment dealers and got through to someone and my balance as of now is $2,835.57 that is more than the equipment costs. I asked if we could pay off early and not be charged so much and was told no the total charges we will have to pay $4064.00 for a $2195.00 table saw before taxes and shipping. I have thought about getting a lawyer to see if we can figure out a way to keep this from happening to so many people. I will continue to investigate this. This is very awful and i can only imagine how many hardworking people has been scammed by this company.

Highly recommend RIPLEASE (Clicklease)…

Highly recommend RIPLEASE (Clicklease) if you want to get ripped off!

Do you want to pay sales tax when the equipment you're getting it from does not have sales tax? Go with RIPLEASE (Clicklease).

Do you want to agree on the amount they show you, ONLY to realize later on you will be paying more? Go with RIPLEASE (Clicklease).

Do you want to pay 50% on top of the amount you need to pay for the equipment you are trying to lease? That is about what you will expect pay at the end of your lease. Yes, go with RIPLEASE (Clicklease) if you are ok with that.

If you say no to all of the above, I suggest YOU STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM RIPLEASE (Clicklease)!

110% interest

110% interest, contract written by a 12 year old. Worst part of it is, when you call, they attempt to GAS LIGHT you. 6 times I called first call I listened to my balance, after 14 payments, I owed 50% more then I borrowed. They took taxes out when I am tax free. But they are not registered in Arkansas to do business or collect taxes. When I told them I was tax free, I was screamed at about paperwork. There's no serial numbers on the contract, or terms, or the amount your financing. Illegal contract all day long. If you are being tortured by these people contract you state attorney General.
I reported them to
Arkansas attorney General
FTC
DOJ
SEC
ar dept of finance
BBB
All 3 credit reporting entities
And the IRS for tax fraud.
I gave them three opportunities and an extra week to work it out and they refused, so I turned them in, then they want to talk to me. I assume it is to gas light me some more or scream at me for legal paperwork.

IF YOU ARE A CLASS A ATTORNEY PLEASE SUE THESE PEOPLE. THERE IS NO CONTRACT AND ITS 110% interest, which is loan sharking! There are usery laws in Arkansas.
