BEWARE! Ordered a pair of frames from Clickshades.com on 9/9/17 and was charged $32.88, the stated amount. Never received a confirmation or tracking number. I called them and never got to a real person just left a message. Emailed them and was informed by Dan Peters of customer support that my frame would be here the following Monday or Tuesday 9/18 or 19. A week later, 9/26/17 I finally called and Lisa answered and researched my order only to call back and tell me that they could not send me the frames because the price was too low. Now they say they can't sell them to me for less than $99 and blamed it on an error on the web site. I feel this is a true scam and would never do business with them again. Waiting for my credit refund.

I purchased Nike Frames from this company on 11/3/15 paid in full no contact from them I called the company several times left messages no return call finally got a hold for them 2 days later on11/5/15 they said they had to order the frames from Nike waited for updates from Clickshades until 11/9/15 they emailed me stating they received the Nike frames and it was shipped to me, they gave me a tracking number which I tracked on USPS which it said the sender just printed the shipping label so this was on
Monday 11/9/15 I called Clickshades again several times on Thursday 11/12/15 and they finally answered the lady I spoke to said they had problems with shipping because the Veterans Day holiday which was Wednesday I said so what happened to Tuesday all she said was sorry so after complaining Clickshades finally shipped it out now according to USPS Tracking I should receive the Nike eyeglass frames on Monday 11/16/15 WOW! Ordered on 11/3/15 and expected to receive it on 11/16/15 2 weeks to receive if it does come in when Clickshades.com said in stock CLICKSHADES.COM HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

I ordered a pair of ski goggles, they arrived only a few days after ordering. Great!
However, I ordered the wrong colour. I informed them of this twice via email and I am yet to receive a reply. I now have to return and re-order the goggles - very frustrating.

As long as you don't need any customer service you'll be fine!

This was my first order with Click Sunglasses. The sunglasses I ordered were an anniversary gift for my husband. They arrived late. They also didn't have the "blue sticker" on them as stated on their website as far as returns are concerned. The glasses were too small for my husband's face. I emailed Click to ask regarding the blue sticker. I received a late response saying sometimes the send out glasses without the sticker by mistake & was there any problem. I emailed back saying that I had requested an "RMA" number via their website so that I could return the sunglasses. I didn't receive a response back & there was no answer on the telephone number on their website which I tried calling at a few different times in the day. I had to contact them via Paypal to get them to contact me with the RMA number, which I get with some excuse that their email system wasn't working & no explanation about the telephone number. I get an RMA number & have to email again asking for the return address. I sent the parcel back at my own expense £7 for recorded signed for delivery. I email a few days later asking when I will receive a refund. They say that week. That was about 10 days ago. I emailed them 2 days ago asking when I can expect a refund. They haven't responded. I have escalated this to a Paypal claim as I am having no joy with getting my money back. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

from this transaction , then send email to ship to me and they
no good answer to me ,I reported this transition to my bank and card company in your site for further measures.may they are scam site

I hadn't shopped with this site before but would definitely do so again....and would recommend. The glasses were cheaper than Secretsales website...which surprised me, plus arrived very quickly (2 days). I will be using this site again for sure. Only slight issue was I had no tracking info after payment & was a little nervous I didn't receive any emails informing me of my purchases' progression to me. Apart from that it was quick easy and very well priced - highly recommend.

Was very annoyed with myself for leaving my sunglasses on holiday and needed a pair before returning to work next week as the sun glares badly on the route to work.

I ordered a pair of Ray bans from this company at 13.15 on Tuesday. They arrived at 12.30 on Wednesday.

Having worked in optics I can vouch that all labels and packaging confirm that the glasses are the genuine product and at a very good price too.

Really happy with my Jackie ohh sunglasses, I ordered them on the Friday about 12 o'clock, I decided to pay the express delivery which was only £2.99, they arrived the day after,amazing!!

I ordered my Ray Ban Wayfarers from Click principally because they where the best price I could find by some margin. I was a little skeptical since I had not heard of them before, however my glasses where with me the very next day, very well packed and beautifully presented. I have ordered my RayBan aviators on a Friday at 3 pm - and they arrived on the next tuesdaay at 11 am. WIth a weekend in between. SIgned for 1st class postage free delivery option.
The glasses are as shown in the pictures come with a case and the price is very good - no other retailer has their glasses with those prices.
Those are my first pair and I will def. buy another pair soon.

I was very dubious about using an online retailer - without the chance to review the items in the flesh before purchasing, given the number of replica glasses advertised as the genuine article on the internet. However I have to say that having taken a punt, I was quite pleasantly surprised abut the quality, speed and ease of the overall transaction!

I paid for the additional £8 or so for next day delivery, placing my order after 5pm the day before. Both sets of glasses arrived by lunchtime the following day and both sets I am sure authentic, at a reduced price (which is always a bonus!).

These guys will be my first port of call as I when I will be buying any sunnies from now on!!
