This move was particularly stressful as our move-in date was changed last minute due to circumstances beyond our control. Russell and his team were very accomodating and nothing was too much bother. A huge thank you to everyone involved in our move.

Clockwork where fantastic. Arrived on time, very careful with our furniture and boxes. Staff so willing to put items in areas specified, just truly great service all round.

All packing was accomplished efficiently and swiftly on day one. Day two removal completed. Everything went extremely smoothly and I was most grateful for their hard work in packing and removing all my "worldly goods".

Couldn't have asked for a better service. The move was from the Hebrides which had it's challenges but these were dealt with no problem at all.

We have had great service from Clockwork,The team in Perth were fantastic turned up to our door right on time.Very efficient and smart,lovely friendly guys they know what they are doing nothing is a problem for them. We had a little bit of extra things from the garage and a couple of odd pieces that didn’t make it in the big truck,they handled it very efficiently and sent a Luton van for the extra items. I highly recommend Clockwork removals from my first contact with Russell Mackay in the Perth office I new I was in great hands. With the relaxation of COVID-19 restrictions, my late mother’s Perthshire property sold pretty quickly at summer’s end, creating a pressing need to find a removal & storage firm. Having done my research beforehand, Clockwork Removals was the first (& only) firm I met face-to-face. I had felt sufficiently impressed & reassured by my meeting with the Perth-based Sales Surveyor to not need to pursue other options – knowledgeable & reassuring throughout the process, and most helpful on a visit to Clockwork’s Perth depot.
On removal day, the two-man Clockwork removal team turned up at 9:30am, as had been promised – cheerful & friendly throughout, efficient & effective with being entrusted with packing up contents from a 3-bedroom bungalow.
I had done a good amount of pre-packing beforehand (mainly kitchen stuff, small appliances, household linens, clothing) into rigid plastic tubs & strong cardboard boxes. The two guys dealt with packaging up bedroom & lounge soft furnishings, kitchen white goods & furniture, occasional tables, cabinets – then packed all of these, along with pre-packed tubs & boxes into just two Clockwork containers – all completed within a few hours. Most impressed by the care & attention with which furnishings & household goods were packed up and handled.

Selling the house was the most stressful part. Removal was a dream from initial quote to the professional and helpful staff nothing was to much trouble they made what could have been a stressful two days easy. Would definitely recommend this company and use them again (no plans on moving soon or ever)
