Do not use this company! Especially if they build you a website and tell you they will give you “full access”. They won’t!

I wish I had reviewed this site first! Same experience as others, very convincing and knowledgeable people, many plausible excuses, and ZERO delivery. I even asked for some live clients for references and they gave glowing reports ! No idea what their business strategy is, but they can clearly generate customers and then don't bother to deliver any service???

Not performed in the USA, sub contracted overseas. Junk scam, don't give them access to any money, cards, or accounts......Beware!!

This company charges A LOT for doing very little. They are slow to respond, slow to start, slow to make a difference. I asked them to cancel me and then they charged me for another month and refused to refund me the money. It['s only because i can look at my websites statistics and I can see that the SEO has been improved that this isn't a 1 star rating.

I love working with Emily and Cloud LGS. She’s honest, genuine, and has the best positive attitude. She’s always helpful and willing to answer and get to the bottom of my questions. I appreciate her and all that I’ve gained from this company! Recommend 110%

I have been trying to get a job with Cloud L.G.S for a while now. I am related to one of the executives of the company and you would think that would give me a shoe in for a marketing job but let me tell you something this company wants the cream of the crop. They take it very serious when it comes to getting there clients the very best team members available. They have very high demands of there team members and reward them well for there performances. If for one second you think you are not getting the best company out there for your digital marketing services let me tell you you are wrong. This is coming from a disgruntled relative whose mad that he can’t get a job with them

My experience with this company was horrible. Everyone is nice & speaks to you on the phone until they get your money. Once you make the payment the only way to communicate with them is through email. I found the person handling my account to be rude & had to practically beg the manager to call me. It was not until told the manager she was unprofessional & I threatened to cancel that the manager called me. I had them do landing pages for me & they were supposed to get my business to the top of the google rankings. The landing pages they produced had incorrect information, grammatical errors & was quite simply all over the place, very unprofessional. I had to send them detailed emails for the changes I needed done which many of the changes were not done like I asked on two occasions. They then told me that what they produced was what their It department said would get me to the top of the google rankings & if I wanted to customize it o should look into them doing my website. I asked to cancel my account & get a refund. The manager told me I could cancel but would not be getting a refund due to the fact that they spent time on the landing pages. They never produced anything of quality for me. I feel like I got scammed.

These guys are true digital marketing experts. They developed my new web site, set up my social media profiles, and implemented my google ad campaigns. I am very thankful for Stefan introducing me to the team.

I have been bouncing back and forth from one digital marketing company to another for over 20 years and shelling out thousands and thousands of dollars with barely a ROI or in some cases zero return and so much wasted valuable time with frustration.

So, now here is the truth and the Happy news, a year ago April 2020 I said a prayer and asked God to help me find the best digital marketing company that could help us build the best website and provide full support and being able to actually talk to a live person to communicate with quick response time when needed.

Well all I can say is that God does answer
Prayer because a year ago God had Cloud LGS pop up on my monitor when I googled and God brings people like Stefan Brule into peoples lives to help them with digital marketing.

Stefan has the highest level of passion for his work and his clients and he delivers results on every level beyond anyone’s expectations.

Stefan is a “Unicorn” a rare find natural communicator and he just finished a second website build for us for another product business we have and he will be starting a third website build for us next month for another CPG business we have.

God does answer prayer and I Thank God for Stefan and Cloud LGS.

Wow!! Couldn't be happier with the team at CloudLGS. They have developed an amazing website for my flooring business. Our Facebook ad campaigns and Google ad campaigns are delivering new incoming leads everyday. Thanks guys & girls for the amazing work you've been doing for our online presence!!

So I decided to try a new company for my social media. My previous social media person was great but they moved on to do other things, so I hired cloud LGS. I spoke with Tyler and he set the program up for 3 platforms, I have them access to all 3 platforms and it took them about 2 weeks to create content, I had to reach out to Tyler and ask when will the posting begin? He says soon I’ll receive and email with approval, I never did receive the email and I seen postings, I contacted Tyler and asked him where is my proofs before posting, they posted incorrect and accurate information, out of 10 content postings 7 had false and incorrect information, simple information that most anyone would know for example using pictures for pest like gophers and showing a picture that had nothing to do with gophers. This is one of many examples, I also had to constantly call to ask about content and where is my updates before it’s posted, I checked in spam and junk but didn’t receive the proof before they post it and yet again wrong and poorly written content, they didn’t do there job, they didn’t research and just used someone to post incorrect information that made us look like we didn’t know what we where doing and was irrelevant to the picture and content posted. I then asked why aren’t they posting on 3 platforms as we paid for it, finally they got back to me and said they couldn’t cause they didn’t have access, I checked as they do and did have access, they just Relied on automatic post from one platform to another and argued they don’t have access, again I gave them access they just didn’t post it since it wouldn’t post automatically from the other platform and further more they didn’t follow up and check. I gave them another chance to fix this, but yet again more excuses.

I requested money back since not only was content wrong and not posted as what we paid for let alone not even completing the work for the amount we paid. Tyler said they already created the content and couldn’t. Created wrong content, didn’t do it on 3 platforms as we paid for.

I would not use this company, not only is the content poorly written but is not accurate and they don’t do there research, they just post generic pics and wrong pics, even after I sent them pictures. They make excuses and do not care about the best interest of your business. The value and service is poor and would not recons them.

I hired this company in good faith and bottom line is nothing was done that I was promised. Simple things that would have taken less than an hour was never done nor other things promised to me. Their support team couldn't even spell my name correctly and also I would receive emails from them during non-business hours and they didn't respond to my response - very poor business. Also, one of the partners lives in another State so it is strange that a 20+ person company all reside in different states or perhaps different countries.

Cloud LGS offers quality products and services above and beyond your typical Digital Marketing company. They are easily accessible, very transparent, reliable, professional and extremely knowledgeable in all areas marketing. My company needed to build a "brand" presence quick and Cloud LGS provided me a Logo, Website and Design, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Blog Content and a detailed Marketing Plan within a week. I have been more than impressed with how fast their support team works around the clock. The mobile friendly design of my website is so easy to navigate and my clients compliment the branding and information available often. I am consistently impressed!
