Very happy with the service from CSP, Since a change of ownership, both the approach and way the team running the department have been extremely pro-active and campaigns have been produced have been extremely effective for us as a business.

The targeted E-mail campaigns CSP has produced have engaged both new and existing customers into repeat purchases and they work closely with us to ensure any outgoing promotions are on-point and run close to our corporate identity.

I would thoroughly recommend using their services.

Where to start with Cloud Seller Pro. Well I started with this company 5yrs ago and on starting with them had a good working relationship, they were or so I thought quite proactive and we had some good short term success. I even praised them and passed much business their way. Within the last 12-24 months it became a very different story!

I refer to them as the teflon company as nothing ever sticks and nothing is ever their fault or responsibility. As I became more aware of google ads and my own businesses performance I started to become more aware of the short comings of CSP. I would often complain of poor performance only to be met with the same useless comments blaming the market or the weather or the website and the only thing they ever would tell you is just rise or loser ROAS targets. They never once looked at campaign structure, account, pmax vs shopping etc etc. This went on for sometime and as it did my performance began to dip. I gave them the benifit of the doubt but started to get extremely annoyed at how they would never listen to tbe customer and dismiss everything they were being told!

On many occasions I repeatedly asked them to speak with Google but they refused and didn't share any of the account managers details with me for nearly 5yrs until I kept complaining and finally spone to a google account manager.

Her findings were hugly significant and highlighted a huge number of mis management issues by CSP, citing herself how bad these campaigns actually were calling the setup insane!!!

Including,

1. 34 pmax campaigns open so campaigns could not learn or make sales as to diluted. Was never once told this was an issue.

2. Search campaigns loosing 82% of business due to poor ad scores.

3. Huge number of search themes and asset groups missing.

4. Ad score poor on ALL campaigns-made no effort to communicate any of this!!

My disappointment and anger over this was the final straw. Not only have they done so much wrong their communication, ability to even offer an apology is disgusting!

They have cost my business huge amounts of money through mis management, constant passing the book and never taking responsibility.

As many of these reviews have said there is a high level of arrogance with them thinking they are always right when its clear they are wrong!

The stress I have had to endure because of how bad this company now are is overwhelming and I am genuinely upset that its came to this from where we started 5yrs ago. I think they need to understand what it is they are doing to small business. They really dont care if you loose money and their attidude and responses prove they dont ever listen!

I would seriously not recommend them to anyone following the last 12 months and that is a real shame. They only want your money and just discard you when it suits them! They lost a very loyal customer of 5yrs and it doesn't matter at all to them, they are not bothered! Avoid at all costs!

Edit: Been with a new agent for 10 days and already profits are up a huge 300% on where they were for the last 120 days with CSP!

Always a professional service received by the team at Cloud Seller Pro. I have been with CSP since 2015 and cannot recommend them enough. My account manager Christina is an absolute star and always on the ball no matter the time! Beth and her amazing team have transformed my Amazon part of the business exponentially over the years.

Hello !! I am using Cloud Seller pro since almost a year and I am very happy with them.

My ACOS went down from 28% to 10%.

HARRY POWER is my accounts manager and he is an amazing person to work with. I can reach him very easily whenever I want to discuss anything.

It is really a peace of Mind when it comes to Advertising on amazon.

Harry is absolutely amazing aswell as Tom, helping us raise sales on our platforms,

I can't speak for the multi-chennel software as i haven't used that, however the "perfomance based" ads service that they offer is excruciatingly terrible.

I can only echo the exact same problems other reviewers have of this service:

- Absolute lack of any communication
- No interest whatsoever
- Total Arrogance

I was with cloud seller pro for approximately 5 - 6 months and I can honestly say it was a terrible experience. Apart from setting up google shopping ads (which I found out afterwards is very simple and they actually make you pay for the tool that does it all for them!), they did nothing. At one point my google ads were stopped due to an error in Shopping Feeder (the software that sets up the product feed automatically that you have to pay for) - cloud seller pro did not even notice for about 6 weeks. and even then they only noticed when i started asking why I had received no reports.

I cancelled my account with CSP and started using a real marketing company and within a month had sales rolling in (what a difference a decent company makes!).

CSP will keep saying that they do not charge you for anything when there are no sales, however YOU will still have to pay for the ads that they are running on your behalf.

If they run £500 of ads and get you a £50 sale, then you'll end up paying £505 for ONE sale. Just because they don't charge you, doesn't mean that their terribel service doesn't COST you!

Once I moved on from them I was explained their business model by a respected marketing company - they informed me how companies like cloud seller pro work:

- setup google shopping ads at little to no cost
- use customers (i.e. YOUR) money to run automatic google shopping ads
- if ads make money make profit
- if ads don't make money break even and move on to next customer

They're charging you for doing nothing.

Came across this company as I have been using Multi Channel Software Channel Grabber for many years now and they are part of the same company so decided to give the google shopping a try and would not have had a clue where to start myself and I am so glad I did.
Our online shop is getting plenty of traffic and sales and its all down to the advertising campaign.
Now more than ever and online presence is key to success in these ever-challenging times.
I have a dedicated team member Connor Ward who deals with my account and speak with him regularly to discuss the campaign and have been very pleased with the service I have received.
Connor is very pleasant and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. He really makes me feel that we are not just another client and that he wants to make our business a success with the campaign and it really does come across when you speak with him.
I am so glad I decided to give this a try as it’s been one of the best business decisions we have made.

I have been using cloud seller pro for my google/social media advertising campaigns for 10 months now and felt compelled to write this review now that I have been using their services for some time.
I am extremely impressed with the advice they have given me from the outset. I started with a very small budget as we are a small business and was very pleasantly surprised at the results, they obtained for us with a low budget.
Everyone I have spoken with has explained the process in non-technical terms allowing me to understand on what they were targeting and how my money would be getting spent. I have been dealing with Connor Ward and he is very friendly on the phone and always comes back to me quickly via email if I have any queries. He also regularly sends me stats and follows that up with a phone call to go over the months results.
I was very happy with the pricing formula in that they charge a percentage on the sales obtained via the advertising campaign, to me this gave me the confidence to know that they would be working hard to achieve good sales for us as the more sales we get the more money they earned.
I have since increased our budget a little and our company is now going from strength to strength.
Anyone thinking about using their service, do not hesitate I am over the moon with the results and would highly recommend them, so if you are looking for someone to assist with your advertising, go for it I am sure you will not be disappointed.

I was unfortunately very disappointed with the service provided by Cloud Seller Pro during my time using their service.

Initially the deal looked appealing - they would only charge a percentage based on the sales made through their advertising work. So the better my account performed, the more they would earn and the happier I would also be. Win win. It would also hopefully motivate CSP to work hard on my accounts to make them a success. The reality however, couldn't have been any more different.

The Google Ads side was looked after by Tom Lynch. Unfortunately the service provided was terrible. I wasn't provided with any kind of regular updates and it seemed - from the outside at least - that there were no efforts made into making my account a success.

I was with Cloud Seller Pro for over 6 months and I think in that time I received just a few updates - which I had to request.

To put this into perspective, I'm now using Add People, who are extremely pro-active, send me regular email updates and schedule calls every fortnight. They immediately discovered major issues with the way the Google Ads account was managed by Cloud Seller Pro. For example - some of the product images on our website contained text, meaning they were not suitable for use with Google Ads. This was picked up instantly by Add People, but never mentioned by Cloud Seller Pro. Having now updated the images I've seen immediate results. Such a simple problem that I resolved instantly and has resulted in extra sales. Why didn't Cloud Seller Pro identify this?

When I decided to terminate my contract, Tom simply wished me all the best. He had no interest in knowing why I was unhappy with the service and choosing to move on. It shows the complete arrogance and lack of customer service and care they provide. Their response to my termination email summed them and their service up perfectly.

The same goes for the Amazon sponsorship service provided by Beth Watson. Due to their lack of updates and provision of any kind of service, I'd actually forgotten that they were looking after my Amazon sponsorship. Upon receiving an email telling me that they had chosen not to work with me anymore - as my account clearly wasn't important or big enough for them - they told me that my account was difficult to work on due to the fact I sell directly to Amazon. However, if they'd taken the time to reach out to me to tell me this, provided some updates or scheduled a call or two, we could have worked together to make the account work better - as I don't sell all my products directly to Amazon.

Cloud Seller Pro promised everything and delivered nothing. I'm most annoyed that I wasted 6 months with them and moving over to Add People has produced instant results that I could have been seeing much earlier had I not wasted my time with Cloud Seller Pro.

I would advise anyone looking at managed Google Ads and/or Amazon sponsorship to look elsewhere...

Highly Recommended, increased our revenue with optimal spend over a short period of time!

We stumbled upon Cloud Seller Pro after hunting for a company that could help us launch our Google shopping feed. As a start up company, with limited budget and time, we felt that outsourcing was the only solution. We did run into some initial challenges going live, but we spoke to Tom Lynch (who was looking after our feed) numerous times, each time he patiently answered all of our questions (and trust me there is always a lot!). He was adamant he was going to get us live no matter what. Once the problem was identified, Tom managed to get us live in no time- and right in time for Christmas!
