Experience bad, rude, unprofessional, never recommend. Certainly not worth the expense, can't believe that you are trying to say you didn't do the work without a name.. you certainly did the work, you even came back to fix the fault

This is the WORST most disorganised, chaotic and un-joined up company - I've ever dealt with. A catalogue of incompetence from the very beginning. Frankly astounded that this company have any good reviews? From the beginning in August 2022 with the attempts to put in a SOGEA line. It was ineptitude from then on. Broadband was always falling over and under performing. Mostly everyone I dealt with in the company. Got information wrong or were pretty hopeless. Including people like their "receptionist" (who was asleep and never returned calls). I was given WRONG prices for call costs. The director of CVD made a mutually agreed appointment to see me, to discuss the many and ongoing problems. I waited nearly an hour. He never bothered to turn up and with no apology. A so-called "marketing" manager joined at that time and was another very unhelpful individual. Bit aggy too. The incompetence runs from the top down. These people still sent me idiotic invoices and wrong billing, even after I had left for awhile. I wrote a much longer and more detailed appraisal. But Trust Pilot only allow a certain word count… If I could give no stars I would. The director actually emailed me - hassling me about my review as well? Obviously - has no objectivity or sense of professionalism whatsoever. I have kept these on file. As one can see clearly by their sore reply below. These people have no objectivity whatsoever. If they put in some effort into trying to satisfy my justified customer complaints. There would've been no need to give them a bad review. Plus there was absolutely no apology for missing the appointment - I only learnt about a week later - that he had Covid. Frankly good...FYI *** I get on great with the new company - Who provide a good service. They are genuinely decent people. Thanks - being wished best of luck by them is very sweet...

From the moment we met with Simon Whitney we felt confident that CV&D would provide us with the service we were looking for from a local company. They offered assistance with the transfer from our previous providers to make it as smooth as possible. Communication with us has been fantastic & the system was installed without fuss, any problems were dealt with quickly by the polite installation engineer. Cloud Voice & Data were selected to upgrade our CCTV, add additional cameras, along with taking full control of our on-site IT.

The installation engineers ensure that the job is done right, often going above and beyond to ensure that cameras are located in exactly the right position. We wouldn't use anyone else!

I had decided to change to a different company for our services. The process was so easy and smooth. From the visit from Russell to the care from all the office it has been excellent. Being that we are a charity (You Raise Me Up) we are extremely happy with the price too. When I had an issue, which wasn't the fault of Cloud Voice and Data, they went above and beyond to rectify it. Highly recommend them.

We set up our business 6 years ago and cobbled together phones, broadband, IT, etc. Cloud voice sent Tom round who looked at our providers and business use and we have ended up with better, more efficient and cheaper package. They also installed fantastic security cameras. We had a few minor teething problems with set up but they were always at the end of the phone or sent someone round to sort us out. I'm glad we now have a local business supporting us. I will no longer have to deal with lots of different providers and can just go to one who will sort everything out for me. :)

We cannot Thank Rob at cloud voice and data enough for helping our business. After a hard year of closures he was able to reduce our monthly payments by more than half. What an amazing friendly, trusted team. Highly recommend for an honest service. Xxxx
