Realmente otro casino que estafa, te piden millones de documentos y encima firmados por autoridades para poder retirar el dinero. Una vez que te verifican ,jugas,retiras y despues te bloquean sin decirte las razones. Una verguenza , son un desastre!!!!

Although we do understand and appreciate your frustration with this situation, as per our terms and conditions we need to be able to verify players successfully to be able to release a withdrawal. We provided a timeframe for you to produce validating documentation and we were not able to successfully verify your account based on the documentation provided, I am afraid.
SECTION C, 3. "Upon registration and any time thereafter, M21 may request in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, that the player submits certain documents as proof of identity for a security identity check. M21 reserves the right to retain any funds and/or winnings until the requested documents are submitted. The player will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents such as: a copy of a valid photograph ID issued by the competent authority of a recognized state/country, e.g. passport, personal identity card, driver’s license.
